Drive through is slow, rude, food usually tastes stale/ old. Orders tend to be incorrect which causes visits to be lengthy

I went inside to order my food. I stood there for about 4 minutes. While all the employees were just standing there talking. They kept looking at me but wouldn't serve me. Then they finally did serve me gave me my food and they were so rude. They didn't even say have a good day.

This store raised it's price 16% overnight this first week of March in 2024. This is an immoral and unacceptable business practice in an economy reeling from the effects of high inflation. This McDonald's should close if they are in such dire financial straights that they need to rob customers. And it is robbery. Nothing can justify this hike. Last week a Large #4 breakfast meal with cheese was $8.01, today it is $9.32. I will ensure everyone I know on social media understands what this store is doing to consumers. Additionally, I will never return to this store. Shame on you.

I was there on a day when a Karen decided to freak out at a young girl. This guy was ridiculous! The poor girl was very professional, as was her coworkers. I was visiting from Utah. I've never seen anything like this, man. I'm giving 5 stars because I would have thrown a drink in his face. I don't know how they stayed calm. Also they were very kind to me as I ordered. Good job, ladies, for not letting this little man get to you.

They did an awesome job with our lunch today. The Big Mac looked like the perfect photos you see on the menu. I was SHOCKED ?! I've never received a Big Mac from another McDonalds anywbere that wasn't falling apart and looking nasty when I open the box. Thanks guys!

Sad thing is, second time this has happened. Well honestly, second time this situation has. Thry normally screw up my order. But today was, well. Quite the experience. Oh boy.. i just ordered 2 egg muffins in drive through. Already at work i opened the bag. I had 2 sausage only patties on muffins.. i returned to the store on northeastern blvd in nashua to ask for my correct order. Passing, no joke, another drive thought mistake walking back to his car shaking his head... First off. The lady argued with me saying i ordered them, because i enjoy wasting an hour of my day right?. I told her i certainly did not. I didnt even realize sausage only mcmuffins are on the menu. After i asked her to fix it, she charged me extra to fix her mistake saying i got the deal with 2 sausage only and since i was ordering 2 egg only mc muffins, they are not on the deal and shehas to charge me an extra 4 doller something.. asked for a manager, she said she was. At the end upset, pissedi just asked for a refund as id just wasted an hour driving to work and back. Never ordering from this store again and letting people know about this.

Curbside pickup is broken... we waited outside in the snow storm for over 20 minutes waiting for our paid online order.... I ended up walking into the store twice to see if we were going to get our order and the second time, to pick up the order myself ...

The food was nasty it tastes like it had satin bins for hours the order wasn't right and the employees if they ever had a good attitude they sure as hell don't show it at the job and rather eat at the sanitation department I probably get better
