Came here a couple weeks ago for my birthday and it’s now one of my new favorite restaurants. It’s got a nice cozy atmosphere, the service was awesome, Rachel is fantastic and the food is delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

Shopping in New Hampshire we had a gift card Michael Timothy's Dining Group let's try it. I cannot recommend this place more food was excellent our server Rip was incredible attentive funny all around great guy which made our experience here even more enjoyable. I had the Chicken Cutlet Palm it was so pretty I didn't want to cut into it best chicken parm I've had in years. My husband had the linguine clams he said it was incredible because the clams were clean we definitely coming back to this place.

March 2024: another change for this restaurant. Now it is an Italian restaurant. My favorites are no longer on the menu.Update January 2020:happy to report that pot roast is back! Still good.Update 2019 OctoberNew menu! Some of my favorites like pot roast are gone. I had filet mignon, it was good but not as incredible as the old pot roast. French onion soup had bacon in it, not my favorite version of this soup. Outstanding service, pleasant ambience.Update 2019 februaryWe had to have the wonderful pot roast. Still good! The seafood chowder with lobster chunks was very good as well. We we're heading to a concert and they were able to serve us very promptly.Update november 2018Another good experience, special shout out to pot roast. It was heavenly.Update April 2018:Excellent lobster bisque, great taste and an lot of lobster chunks. I made dinner out of two small plates (scallops and duck confirm hash). Out of the two I liked the hash better. My husband had steak frites, he said the steak was excellent but frites had cheese over them and were too cheesy for him. Flowerless chocolate cake was very nice??? and worked well to split between two people. Coffee was medium roast and full bodied. The waitress was helpful, friendly and attentive. The restaurant was busy and there was about 30-40 minute wait between the soup and main entree.

We dined at Mike's Italian Kitchen on a Friday evening that featured the most amazing special; Grilled Pork Loin, Israeli Cous Cous, Cherry Tomatoes, Cauliflower Puree, Pear Mustarda, Dijon Greens. I am not a huge fan of pork loin as I find it mostly flavorless and dry, but the description of this was appealing enough for me to try it. IT WAS AMAZING. I have never had pork loin that was so juicy and flavorful. The combination of the pear mustarda and cauliflower puree elevated the dish to a whole other level of contrasting flavors and textures. Our server Kat was attentive and helped us select a wine that we both enjoyed. I highly recommend enjoying the chef's specials as they are unique and always inventive and vary quite a lot from the rest of the regular menu.

Just ‘meh’. Food is okay….very salty and oily. I would take Pastamore or Cucina Toscana any day of the week over this place for Italian. The only thing that was really good was the bread. Overpriced and overrated. MT’s Local or whatever it was before this was much better.

I grew up in Rhode Island enjoying the best of Italian food on Federal Hill. My daughter and son-in-law treated me to a birthday dinner at Mike's on a recent Saturday night. In one word my dining experience was Phenomenonal!! Every entree at our table was absolutely wonderful: Chicken Parm, Chicken Saltimbocca, Shrimp Putanesca, and pasta with Bolognese sauce. I tasted each entree and LOVED every bite. The homemade pasta served with the entrees was incredible, the shrimp bursting with flavor, and the chicken tender and tasty.In short on of the best Italian dinners I have ever had. To say my birthday dinner was a hit is an understatement! Wonderful staff and hostess, delicious cocktails....a perfect birthday dinner! Note you may have to wait for a table on a Friday or Saturday night as they only take reservations for parties of 6 or more however well worth the wait!

This place was on my bucket list for a long time and it was definitely worth the wait. The bruschetta was well balanced with sweet tomatoes and great cheese. The pizza was perfectly baked and the sauce was very flavourful.The mocktails especially the cranberry acqua was very refreshing with a burst of fruity flavour.Special shout out to the extremely polite and courteous staff.Vegetarian options: There are quite a few vegetarian options and you definitely wouldn’t be left hungry. The only downside is none of the desserts were without eggs.

Perfect spot for occasional and casual dining! Note that the menu on the website is not the one that they currently have. Calamari for appetizer were delicious as well as bruschetta. Our entrees were tasty, big portions. My mocktail had a slight kombucha flavor to it which I liked! Rip was my party’s waiter and he did an absolute amazing job! Interior inside the restaurant is beautiful too! Will be back
