I recently visited this restaurant and had a very unsatisfactory experience. The dish we ordered was not good, so we asked for another item from the menu. However, despite it being 8:45 PM and the restaurant closing at 9 PM, we were told the kitchen was already shut down. While I understand the need for preparation before closing, it would have been courteous to inform us beforehand or check if we had additional requests.
Adding to the frustration, I called to speak with the manager or owner and left my contact information, but I never received a call back. Considering the number of similar negative reviews, it’s clear there’s a recurring performance issue here. The staff didn’t make any effort to rectify the situation or improve our experience. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on the lack of customer care and overall poor service. I have been to this place a few other times and it has been trending down each time. This was my final visit. I will never go back
