New Taj India is a bit of a hidden gem just outside the core of downtown Nashua. Arriving between lunch and dinner crowds, it was a bit quiet. Owner Ginny met me at the door and took care of me from there. The restaurant is beautifully - and authentically - decorated, giving the experience a nice vibe. We have been here many times over the last 10 years. It is by far my favorite Indian places. We have traveled all over the states but we always have to do this one when we are in Nashua. The spice levels are always right on target. If you want them hot they are very hot. If you want it mild they can do that too.

This is a pretty restaurant with a stone bar and a handful of window seats, and the tables are just as nice with soft lighting and chandeliers in the place. The food is amazing and well portioned! It's a good place to go to try a variety of Indian dishes. Definitely a good spot to eat!
