Norton’s no longer exists. CARIBBEAN BEACH is new name—new management. Service, quality of food at least as good as Norton’s. Service & cooking staff very accommodating—will adjust specified menu items in “meals.” Revisiting Nashua area after Covid, returned to Norton’s, a reliable place to get a great breakfast. Surprised at new restaurant opening. Pleasantly surprised by the experience and will be returning and spreading the word.

We have gone here several times and it was good . This past weekend we took the family out for breakfast. Let’s just say We will not be going back . There was dirty dried food on our silverware. Ok we were willing to over look it but then the food came out cold and undercook . We we asked for them to re cook the food the came back with a lesser amount and couldn’t even chew it. Very disappointing

I am from out of town and have been visiting for a couple of weeks. My family has eaten at Nortons before Christmas and said it was very good. This visit was anything but good.I ordered a BBQ cheeseburger that case with chips and a pickle. The burger was obviously not fresh beef. There was nothing bbq about it. No sauce, grilled onions or other bbq style flavors. Just hamburger, lettuce and tomato and white American cheese. No flavor.The new owners are calling it Caribbean Breeze.All I can say to them is good luck because they may be able to cook like that in Haiti but in America where there are dozens of choices this place will not last long if they don’t change their ways of cooking.

I use to look forward to going and eating breakfast at Norton’s. Now that it’s under new management I’ve been receiving my food cold and the quality has gone down. Today I ordered my usual Belgian waffle with whip cream and strawberries. Not only did my food come out cold but there was barely any whip cream on it and no strawberries at all. Instead my waffle was drowning in the strawberry juice. I was extremely disappointed to see this when the food has been so good in the past and this unfortunately isn’t the first time it’s happened. I asked for eggs instead and for them to take the waffle back. Our waiter was very polite about it and happily did so but when we went to get the check the lady refused to remove the untouched waffle from the bill and swiped the card as I was asking her to do so. Not only did she lack the patience to listen to my reasoning before swiping my card but was also very rude afterwards to me when I asked why I should be charged for something that wasn’t eaten. As much as I use to love Norton’s I will not be returning back their after this service, I’d rather spend my money somewhere else that cares about their customers and not just making every penny they can.

They just changed ownership, and the service was great, but i was missing the main thing that was there when we went, The Best most awesome waitress! If you are reading this, we didn't get to come in last week to see where you are now working! Look me up on Fb and msg me , let me know where you went. Anyone else too if you know where she went. Now the service was really good with the new staff, they were friendly, but the wait staff they have are brand new, never waited before, so they are learning, please be polite and teach them. I had to ask for a straw a couple of times and my friend had to ask for a refill on coffee, but they were polite and fast to provide. the staff were very young,like i said, just learning. So let's try to teach instead of criticize. We all started somewhere and had to learn.

A waitress that was there charged my card twice, two different amounts! They are telling me they didn’t charge me twice after I sent screenshot to owner and because I didn’t write back right away she had the audacity to email me again and pretty much tell me to relax and because I didn’t respond right away that I need to chill out and not accuse them of stealing! I’m mortified by the customer service! I paid $104.20 for a $47.20 meal that absolutely sucked anyways!
