Really cool atmosphere. Has a industrial pub type vibe. The staff excellent. The bread and oil they come out with first- DEVINE! All of the food was flavorful and huge portions.

It's fine. Typical chain restaurant w decent food. Quick go to for a "it just right here" dining.

Food was a little above average but the price isn't really worth it, there weren't a lot of people there but the server forgot about us a couple times

This place is awesome and has some great food options. I have tried Salmon and is really good. They also have good vegetarian burger option which is delicious.

Eaten here with friends a few times. The food is good but the experience has been inconsistent, sometimes the order is correct, sometimes not. Usually friendly about fixing it but it’s a little annoying having to correct an order when there’s only 4 of us so it’s not like a big party.

I've always loved this place, but the last two times I've ordered a burger (well done) it has come so rare I'm scared to eat it. Figured I'd give it another shot after the first try but I think I'll just leave the burger out from future orders :(Everything else was amazing

Excellent! I have nothing at all negative to say about this restaurant. Went on a busy Saturday, we only had to wait about 2 minutes for a table. The booth seats are very comfortable and everything looked very clean. Our waitstaff were perfect, they checked on us often and brought things to the table very quickly. One of us was served overly fatty corned beef. The waitress agreed and immediately brought out a flawless replacement. The garlic parmesan dipping oil for the table bread was popular with everyone. The sweet potato french fries were the best any of us ever had. There isn't loud music or loud tvs in the main dining area. Thank you!! The high ceilings help decrease the background noise. Two people in our group have hearing loss, but did better hearing conversation in this restaurant than most places! The food portions are perfect, not excessive nor too small. We all liked the real strawberry lemonade. We all noticed that the customers were diverse in age, ethnicity, and gender and all of the customers seemed happy. There wasn't anything we ordered that we didn't like. We'll definitely go back again.

Food was decent. Small portions but that's ok. Drinks were overpriced and decent. Service was weak at best. Barely saw our food server. Hard to get a water refill. It's why we only go there once a year to be reminded why we don't come here often. Menu was not as full as I recall.

Made a reservation for 6pm and arrived a few minutes early. Was last to be seated in the waiting area at 6:10. Reservation was for a high table and we were not seated at one. Waiter was great but see no point in making reservations at your restaurant.

A bit pricey but the food was great. We split a sheet of nachos and were very happy. Their bread is also fantastic. Really nice chew and paired with the garlic butter made it extra great. Our server was very attentive and helpful as well. Looking forward to trying out an entree from here next time.. but it totally met our needs for an after work hang with a nice modern ambiance.

Food was good. Service was good on some levels. Could have done better with bringing more water and simple things like that. I did get a carrot cake to go. Expensive for a square of cake plopped into a container.

We went to this restaurant yesterday and I couldn't help but to write a review after our experience. We ordered fish and chips, which were light and flaky and of very good quality. Not greasy at all. We also ordered a Cobb salad which was delicious; however, unfortunately some of the chicken breast was undercooked and still had some red/pink in it. I mentioned this to my server and a minute later the manager came by and said they were going to make me a new chicken breast and they'd make sure the chefs measure the temp going forward. By the time the new chicken was done, I was done with my salad, so the manager packed up a brand new salad for me to go. So nice! What then blew me away was that they comped the salad entirely. Honestly, the service of the team at this restaurant was exemplary and I can't wait to come back. Both the food, the service, and the relaxed vibe of the restaurant were fantastic.

They had squashed tables for 2 right next to one another about 12 inches apart I think to accommodate more couples as it was Valentine's Day. I had a reservation and had hoped for some privacy but we felt like we were eating with a group of people we didn't know. It just felt awkward to be so close to others and hearing each others conversations as if we were at the same table. Service was great food was good.

I've been a huge NYAJ's fan for years and always love the variety, the salads and the fun flavors. My one issue on this specific ocassion (Valentine's Day) was that there is a new spicy margarita on the menu and for some reason, they have decided to "try a new" thing where they basically apply the salt rim down an entire side of the margarita glass. This made absolutely no sense to me for many reasons. I would nix this new idea immediately as it makes for a messy, gross and unsanitary experience.
