My experience with Online Catering was exceptional in every way. Don and Laurie provided 7 various hot food trays for a 60th surprise party of 25 Saturday and exceeded my every expectation. Food was delivered hot and right on time. My family is Italian and really hard to please when it comes to how others prepare Italian dishes but to a person they were blown away by Laurie's cooking. The lasagna, baked ziti, eggplant and chicken marsala were delicious! Perfectly prepared and cooked. The pasta was not over done, the sauce was not over seasoned, everything was A-one! The chicken marsala (my favorite) melted in your mouth. The Marsala sauce was seasoned just right and just enough of it so the chicken was tender, pure white meat and it was made with huge real sliced mushrooms cooked perfectly. The eggplant was sliced just right, not too thick or thin, the amount of cheese perfect and the sauce, as with the pastas, was delicious. Good thing I order 2 trays of eggplant. The sweet and sour pork we added at the last minute was just as well prepared and enjoyed as all the other dishes. Lastly, the chicken tenders. These are hard to keep crispy on the outside and tender on the inside when kept warm for a while but not Laurie's. She gave us a heads up about how to keep them hot so they don't get soggy and it worked. They were crispy and tender, the tray was filled to the brim and and they were big. No skimping on size. The kids, the real chicken tender critics, gave them a big 2 thumbs up. (One of my granddaughters said if she had more thumbs they'd all be up! LOL) The adults loved them too. The menu offers a great variety of selections, the trays are all generously proportioned and they were delivered and they will also set up. All this delicious food and top quality service at such reasonable prices made this experience one of the easiest and most satisfying catering experiences I've had the pleasure of enjoying. This catering business is amazing. The customer service is top-notch, Isabel was fantastic. It is also worth mentioning that they are very easy to work with. We ordered quite a few items for a small gathering. They dropped off the food at the exact requested time, and everything was nice, hot, and delicious. I highly recommend the grilled beef tips (melty in your mouth) and the mac and cheese. It is a very solid company that I will be using again in the near future.

We were throwing a party for our Dad, but our caterer fell through. I called Only Catering in a panic hoping that they could help on short notice, and they did! We picked up the food ourselves and saw their kitchen. It was clean, and smelled delicious! Lori had been amazing to work with on the phone, and just as gracious and accommodating in person. Donald helped carry food for 50 guests out to our truck. They also provided all of the cutlery, plates, napkins, etc. The “hot boxes” that they let us borrow to keep the food hot really worked! The food was fresh and delicious. Our guests kept saying how much they enjoyed it, and were asking where we ordered from! We were so happy with everything from start to finish and will be recommending them to everyone!

Have attended many company meetings catered by Only Catering so when this new employment company has a function and I hear the host of event say only catering is here with food I actually jumped up in excitement knowing lunch was going to be awesome
