Orange chicken was dry and it would break a tooth. The lo mein was soggy, employees were rude and unpleasant and right on mean to the consumers. They miss use of 911 calls and need to be shut down and charged with misuse of 911.

The young kid was nice I think they have new owners or something. Well anyways ate in the dining room the guy handling the food went to the bathroom didn’t bother to spray anything stunk the whole place up lost my appetite.

An unbelievable experience today. Prior to the previous owner passing away, this was a go-to for a good quick lunch with ample decent food. I literally got thrown out (!) of the restaurant today, because I asked for the Egg Roll of the order to come out before the main food. I was told: To remember I am not in some fancy sit down restaurant (!) Was then asked if I had been thrown out of the restaurant before for my attitude (!?) At laughing briefly that this was someone else: the guy who took the order started to yell more and more insults to the customer: Was called a smart ass with a lip just for asking about the separation of the order. On asking whether this younger guy was the owner, told he wasn't "feeling me" and canceled the order the credit card charge- to the astonishment even of the cooks preparing the food. I just stood there stunned before a moment leaving. Don't know what happened to this place but that was unbelievable.

I was missing my chicken wings for the second time ordering here. I was charged for 2 extra ducksauces(never have they charged me) and the lady said we have always charged never seen her working there before.I have been going there for years .So much for you tip 1.50 for 2 duck. Sauces.My teriyaki steak was missing a piece off it. They cut done on the rice portion. I am not going back for some time. price 20.00

I have ordered from pan Asia for years. We LOVE their food. But today is the last time we will ever order from them. Got home after a long day of work, had food deliver beforehand to my son. My son and I always split a plate. I specifically order the same thing almost every time, no vegetables because I am allergic to mushrooms. They sent the plate FULL of mushrooms. Unfortunately, my son at 1/3 of the plate before I could see it was wrong. I called pan Asia, they refused to replace the lo mein which was loaded with vegetables I always request to be held. The owner was screaming at me about my son eating the plate and my son should Have known it was wrong. They refused in the end to give me a credit or replace the lo mein, because they wanted the full plate that was incorrect back. We weren’t even asking for them to give me a whole new plate, just the lo mein. I cannot believe how unprofessional they are, I have never had an issue all the years we have gone in there. Sucks how a place that has good food can totally ruin themselves over how rude they can be.
