got a to go order and they didn't put my lid on correctly, the soup spilled out and made the bag wet so when i picked it up it all spilt out, didn't even get to enjoy the soup i spend $17 freaking dollars on

I don't know who made my cranberry sandwich today but I want to give you a crisp high five. I always custom order and take off the tomatoes and add sweet peppers. 99% of the time, the peppers are sparce and clumped together in one little spot. Whomever decided to take the time to spread all ingredients evenly and do a generous coat of sweet peppers just gave me a reason to not sit in a dark corner and brood. You have added a light to my life that I didn't know was missing. I hope you win the lottery and get a 90% return on all of your investments.

Had a great lunch here with the wife. I appreciated the older gentleman getting us as we came in. Ordered our food at the kiosk. Everything came out as expected. Great meal. Little pricey. Overall one of the better Paneras I've been to.

My favorite thing about this Panera is how they have the iced coffee right next to the hot coffee. I don't know why but most Panera have the iced coffee/fountain drinks in a completely separate from the hot coffee/milk & it's always a teeny bit inconvenient. This Panera has the entire drink station in one place.

Waited long while for service, then when finally helped the employee (an older lady) was extremely rude.
My office, Granite Law Group is right across the street. I always get lunch here. It's a great spot. Very reliable food. Try the Turkey Bacon Bravo sandwich or the Apple Fiji salad.

This place is awesome and outstanding. Everyone is courteous and polite as well as eager to help. I would really like to thank Kathy, Austin and Diliana for getting me hot water for my tea instantaneously even when they are swamped with work. All three are equally great in their own ways. Kathy listens to me just like my sister does and she is very pleasant to chit chat with. Austin invariably greets me with the correct pronunciation of my tung twisting name and rushes to help me out. Diliana is a very nice person by heart and she tolerates my horrible Russian with a charming smile. She makes me feel as if I am at my home and does everything a person can do for a customer, despite her early morning reporting time. I almost get carried away to talk to her in depth but I have to be mindful of her time and besides I have to admit that I am somewhat shy. First time there. I ordered my food. They took my name. I SAT down. Waited 25 minutes. Went to the counter to check on my order. Then I was informed that my food was at the other end of the counter. No one told me that's where the pickup was. Nobody announced my name in the area of the restaurant that was sitting. I had ordered a hot sandwich. It's set on the counter for 20 minutes getting cold while nobody bothered to check why..... Unacceptable .
