Ordered pick up two hours before pick up, when came on time, it wasn’t ready, waited for 30 minutes, still was not ready, and all they offered was to issue a refund.

Panera Bread is the saddest place around. The food is such low quality it's like eating at a hospital cafeteria. I find it hilarious that they just rennovated to make it feel more like a hospital cafeteria. I guess that's the vibe they are going for. As I recall, they used to pretend that they offered healthy, wholesome food, yet everything is so processed and there are hardly any options for vegetarians/vegans. Eight dollars for a half-filled bowl of thin, sugar infused slop and a tiny slab of flavorless bread.
Vegetarian options: It's mostly meat. The vegetarian options are tired and gross.

This location has gone down hill. Burnt food, lack of manager presence and poor customer service. I live local and would rather drive down to exit 1 where there is consistency.

There were no bagels. The person said whatever I order will be some time because they were all working on other lingerie orders. We just left. It had been 15 years since I stepped foot in a Panera and that's what I get. Kinda disappointed guys.

Worst $35 bucks spent. Food was not what it is to be. The sandwich’s horrible my husband had a chicken sandwich first bite was a huge piece brown meat. He didn’t even eat 1/4 of his. I had half sandwich and Mac and cheese same horrible what happened to this place. We went in 1.5 hours before they closed everyone’s running around closing things up. Not helping guest at the register. Another person with the central vacuum pulling the hose all over the place my husband had to walk around the wall to get to our table. I mean why when there are still 10-15 people in the place and you don’t close for 1.5hours. Will NOT BE BACK!!!

Really going down hill, quality falling off a cliff and price sky rocketing, not what it used to be 10 years ago. I only buy the fresh bread loafs nowadays, the only thing worth the money.

Lots of creamy Monterey Jack cheese sauce, few specs of bacon and there was almost no Homestyle cuts of potatoes, I mean not even a half a spoon full. In my opinion defiantly not worth the money.
