Man I wish I took a photo of my pizza it was delicious! I truly hope this location never close I haven’t had Papa John’s ever since the one in Methuen MA shut down which was kinda down the street where I live, it’s been well over 5 years since I had Papa John’s pizza, thank you who ever made my pizza I always said Papa John’s is better than Dominos.

Tried to create a profile twice to order online and both times ran me in circles and wasted my time . Finally get fed up and call store directly and at 137 am was told since they close at 2 they wouldn’t make me a pizza .

Placed an order and went to pick up the pizza after 45 mins and they had already started eating it because they said I took too long to get it smh. They decided to me a new one, however I realized the order was wrong when I got home.. I called to complain and the the clown who answered the phone started yelling and decided to hang up the phone on me. Rude, Terrible customer service and bad food. This location should be shut down.

PLACED A ORDER ON THE SET A HOUR AGO. I CALL MANAGER AND HE SAYS HE CALLED ME 3 TIMES. AND THAT DRIVER WAS OUTSIDE..
