Plenty of gluten sensitive items which is often hard to find, but the staff was knowledgeable about what was and wasn't gluten friendly. The food and service was great. The cheese bread appetizer was delicious and to have fresh cheesy bread without gluten is wonderful! I will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Some items may be gluten-free while others may be gluten sensitive. The waitress had informed me that one of the items we ordered gets fried in the same frier as gluten containing items. Cross contamination isn't a problem for me, but I understand for some it is, so they should ask first.

We ordered one plate but got charged for 2. When we asked, they explained that they doubled the portion, BUT we didn't ask for it. Felt like we got scammed! since the plates are over priced. I would never go back to this place.

This place has a sweet waitress! But the manager made her charge my table for substitute fries for BEANS and even though the beans were CHEAPER than the fries. NOT customer friendly at all and for a place that was completely EMPTY, I waited 52 minutes for 3 plates of rice, beans & chicken! Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Will NOT be coming back here again!

Not only an awesome Brazillian restaurant, but an awesome community, too. Staff were all extremely friendly + fluent in Portuguese. Despite it being my first time coming here, and not speaking a word of Portuguese, I was very pleasantly surprised by how outgoing the servers were, as well as the other customers. I was welcomed into the community not as a customer, but as a friend. Truly, a wonderful, flavourful, authentic community has been built around this restaurant in an otherwise monotonous town. Would recommend to anybody who wishes to have one of the most delicious meals of their lifetime and learn about Brazillian culture.P.S. Best beans + rice in the entire world. Small locally owned restaurant, we were the only customers for a good 2 hours, it's just the owner and the cook usually working so a little slow but going in expecting that makes for a lovely, relaxed experience. Delicious food and drinks!

Our first experience at Picanha's was great! This is a family run restaurant. Husband was the chef, and the wife was our server. She by far was the best server we have ever had. She was warm and friendly and made us feel like we were at a friend's home. The restaurant had a warm cozy feeling to it. The food was delicious....she helped us with ordering because we were unfamiliar with Brazilian food. We will certainly be going back....it was a great relaxing and delicious dining experience. You won't be disappointed.

Meh... I thought they'd be really good at a few things they have on their short menu. Not so. They took their time to bring out plates of underwhelming food. The best thing my wife and I had was the salad. 2 appetizers were extremely overcooked and the churrasco sampler was so-so.

We came here for a family dinner. It was between Fogo de Chao and this place. First the drinks taste like water, I'm a bartender and thought, is this an alcoholic beverage or a watered down juice box. The next issue was a hair in the food. We sent the food back and as we did the waitress said oh it's mine due from the air vent. Then she came back out and said no it's to long to be hers and said it was my daughters. The problem, food that comes out of the kitchen, should not be wrapped in hair. After eating, we get the bill and I questioned the side of extra steak that we never got. The waitress/ owner, insisted that it was on the main plate... Why when both my spouse and I got the same thing although I asked for a side of steak in addition to my order, did we both ended up with the same serving. I questioned it and the owner claimed it was added. I'm not there to argue about the entire meal. I'm here to eat and pay for what I eat with no issue. This place was an awful experience and next time, we will go to Fogo and pay less for 3 people and leave with a full stomach and a smile.
Delicious food and amazing service! We had delicious Caipirinha and found a new favorite beer. The lobster bites and Yuka fries were delicious starters and the bbq steak was perfectly cooked and flavorful. 10/10

We had a wonderful experience at this family owned restaurant. The food was fantastic and the prices were very reasonable. The food is all made on site and you can tell. The marinated pork was amazing, as were the appetizers and dessert. Our server Tomiras (sp.?) was exceptional and even though she was very busy, she made our experience very special. This is a restaurant we will go back again and again....so glad we found it!Parking: We found easy parking in a lot next to the restaurant.

I had my first meal there last night. The steak was cooked to perfection & very well marinated. The appetizers are to die for. I recommend trying them all. The service was second to none from the moment we arrived right to the time we left. They made us feel like part of the family. Please try them, you won't regret it. I agree with the other reviews that stated they need to be on main street for better visibility.
