Let's preface and say the food is delicious and consistent here. Takeout is always good. However, my family decided to dine-in here recently and had a horrific experience.A girl with a tattoos all over her face rudely greeted us and made the visit extremely unpleasant. The same girl was wearing a winnie the pooh hoodie with the hood up while serving people. I wouldn't consider her a server, but if you did, she was hands down the worst server we've ever encountered.We understand that it can be difficult to find good help. But the way this business is being run is completely unacceptable. No family should feel uncomfortable dining in at a restaurant because the of the staff. Would be more than happy to speak to corporate regarding this experience.

I had to ditch the table with my family due to this women being so rude. When we first walked into this restaurant we did not feel welcome at all. Workers stared at us as if we were some creatures. Mind you I am ASIAN AMERICAN and PROUD TO BE. She got an order wrong and put it on our table and got upset because my daughter touched it?????? She is skinny and has face tattoos! Say hi to her when you see her lol

Recently walked into this restaurant to have dinner with my family and was highly disappointed. I waited 10 minutes just to be seated. The waitress named Mylina (hard to miss her tattoo covered face) proceeded to sit us at a dirty table. She failed to give us utensils and plates. When she brought us our drinks and I asked her for straws, she made her way back to our table and threw them on the table in a rude matter. I placed our order and wanted to add another item but she snatched the menu before I could even say anything. SUPER horrible service, I will NOT be returning.

I love that they brought back the buffet, just wished it were M-F like most Pizza Huts with the buffet. Server likes to talk too much with some patrons at the expense of others. One family was seated and waited almost 15 minutes for menus and drink orders and they finally got up and got their own menus while the waitress walked past their table several times. Then she got the drink order wrong. I try to come at least once a week and the service is only mediocre ?.
I had boneless wings and personal pizza deal. The pizza was good and the chicken was ok not a fan of the blue cheese dressing. The place seems like it could use an update.
