I called 3 minutes after I ordered online to make an alteration to the order to be informed, despite an anticipated pick up time of 8:45, that the the order was already prepared. There is no possible way they are making the food fresh if they are able to do so in under 3 minutes; and if they are then wait until the customer arrives! They told me they would remake the food. I drove directly to the restaurant after the call, which I live 20 minutes away from, picked up the food, and brought it home. When I opened the alfredo pasta the sauce was so congealed it held the shape of the container and had separated. I tried a tiny amount of the sauce and it tasted horrible, unlike past experiences at this restaurant. When I called to see if management would be able to resolve the issue I was told I would have to bring the food back to receive a refund even though that would be an additional 40 minutes roundtrip. When I expressed this to them they told me I could freeze it and bring it back on Sunday. I offered to send them a photo, but they would not allow it. I don't know why this experience was so different than dine in, but the food was seriously disgusting and the service was horrible. I will not go back except to return the food to get my money back. The fact they made this situation difficult for a repeat customer shows what they think of their customers too.

Very nice bar good clean service food is good drinks are good. Waiters are great. I always eat outside as they have seating outside which is nice. Love this place. Lauren very good the staff here is very clean and attentive to perfect. Love that in a place that I eat or drink at.

I'm glad we didn't rely on the reviews and chose to eat at Pizzico. The dining room was quiet and comfortable while the bar was separated but visible. It was a hopping night for a Tuesday and service was fast and friendly. For Hors-d'oeuvres we had garlic bread which was nicely prepared with melted cheese. The main course consisted of lobster ravioli, meat ravioli, and a pizza. Everything was tasty and portions were filling. We will be back in the future to try other options.

Placed an order for dinner for pickup and was told 15 to 20 minutes, when I got there 40 minutes later the order hadn't been done. No one knew why, and was told it would be another 20 minutes to make. The pizza was extra brown on the bottom and the toppings were minimal. Called to let them know and was put on "hold" for a lengthy time! Not a good way to do business, unexceptable!

Went out for dinner here with my family. We ordered pizza and fries, they were amazing. There was also fresh bread with oil for dipping, the oil was the best I ever had. Looking for a night out to watch the game, they have plenty of tvs to watch. You will not be disappointed!

Wondering if there is a rule that no more than four can sit at the bar even though couples come in that are friends. Even when there are plenty of seats. It's a regulars bar and to say we have to move to a high top when friends sit near us is crazy. I like bar service and to be told I have to move to a high top is not good.

Okay - Im declaring Pizzico as underrated. I never see it advertised, nor do I see many folks talking about it.I thought the pizza was very good. Ive tasted dozens of pizzas locally - and Pizzico was toward the top of the list. I also had the arancini - and it was very good as well. To top it all off, there is complimentary bread and oil to dip. Give this place a shot.Parking: Free lot.

Went to sit at a high top in the bar area with 2 adults and a baby. There were about 3-4 other parties in the bar area and many open tables. We were told we could not sit at the high top because we had a baby. I would understand it was a busy night or if we were sitting directly at the bar and that would be inappropriate with a baby. I worked in the restaurant industry for many years and I never asked a family to move into a different part of the restaurant because they had a baby. We left and I will not be returning.
