Starting to really enjoy pressed! Downfall? I ordered an iced coffee for my husband this morning with JUST cream and it tastes as if the cream is sour, it smells like warm milk.... other than that, our food was great this morning.

Corporate greed has gotten this branch. Difference in food quality is night and day compared to a few months ago ( I assume they have a new cheapskate manager). Avoid for now.
Too crowded, front registers aren't set up optimally, too confusing about how/where food will be delivered for eat-in dining, and cashiers don't communicate effectively/need training.

The MOST INCOMPETENT management ever. This restaurant is a sloppily run, inconsistent, overpriced cash grab and will HOPEFULLY be shut down soon. Among other food, my wife ordered a NINE DOLLAR smoothie. We received my coffee immediately and shortly after received our food. Multiple floor workers came during eating and we told them we were waiting on our smoothie. A drink which is very quick to make at all other pressed locations/drive thrus. My parched pregnant wife did not receive a drink the whole time we ate our lunch. I finally went up to receive a refund for the drink. The employee got the manager who was working drinks. She came over after taking the smoothie out of the fridge with some lame excuse that made zero sense just to absolve herself of all responsibility. Supposedly, “mike” ordered the same drink after us & a worker brought him our drink & she put the drink away because she didn’t know who it went to. Ok, so here are the multitude of elementary level reasonings why this excuse made zero sense:
1. The workers bring drinks to tables according to a ticket number not based off the knowledge of what each table ordered food wise. 2. There were five diners in the building and she could have asked the cashier who had the smoothie and been pointed to us. 3. Multiple floor workers went up and inquired about the smoothie and she never took it out to give to the workers to give to us 4. When giving us our refund, she went through the recent transactions on the register to do so, she could have done this to figure out whose drink she had been holding for 15 MINUTES.
The managers attitude flipped 180 degrees when it was clear I didnt care about her poorly conjured excuse. I had to ask for a refund 10 times before she stopped repeating excuses and gave me a refund for the drink we never received.
It was extremely evident this manager has issues as all the employees around her were looking like “here she goes again”. Floor workers even came up to us and apologized, saying how that manager doesnt care about anyone including employees. Not that I need a handout, but you would also expect COMMON SENSE management to refund the drink and still give it to the customer as a sign of good faith.
Restaurant is full of overpriced, shadily advertised, poorly assembled and overall terrible tasting items. If you actually look at the prices (which arent on the menus everybody can take when entering) everything costs twice as much as it should. This business is run by money hungry jerks. Will never return to this dumpster fire, i’d soon eat a bucket of pig waste than give my money to these people
