I honestly don’t like writing reviews like this, but I feel like I have to share my experience because this has happened multiple times at Red Arrow Diner. Every time the same lady is working, I feel like she goes out of her way to treat us differently, and it’s hard not to feel like it’s because we’re Indian. She always takes other people’s orders before us, even if they came in after we did. She skips right over us and then finally comes to us last. She also doesn’t give us spoons and knives like everyone else gets when they’re seated — we always have to ask or wait. When it’s time to pay, we’ve been left sitting there for 15–20 minutes, not because the place was busy (it wasn’t), but because she just ignores us. And this isn’t just a one-time mistake it’s happened multiple times, enough for me to notice the pattern. One of the worst moments was when we were walking inside, and she looked at a guy and said something in Spanish. I didn’t understand the words, but then they both looked at me and laughed. I can’t even explain how uncomfortable and humiliating that felt it was like we were the joke. What makes this so frustrating is that when other staff are working, everything is fine. There’s one lady with green hair who is always super nice, treats us with respect, and makes us feel welcome, just like every customer should. She’s the reason I still come sometimes. But if I look through the window and see that the rude lady is taking orders, I honestly just leave and go eat somewhere else. I don’t want to pay money to be disrespected over and over again. I don’t know if she just has a problem with us personally or if it’s something deeper, but either way, it’s not okay. Being skipped, ignored, laughed at, and treated unfairly shouldn’t happen to anyone, especially in a place that’s supposed to serve the public. Red Arrow needs to take this seriously, because this one employee’s behavior is enough to make me not want to come back at all.

Notorious local Eatery with a large variety of comfort food. Excellent burgers and great breakfast. 50's themed dinner. Don't miss it .

Ordered the Farmer’s Omelette
All ingredients were bland and nearly tasteless. The environment was pleasant, because people were respectful with their audible level and conversations. The staff were friendly and prompt with their service. (8pm)

Really not impressed. Only thing open at that hour so.... Food was ok. Service was sub par. Never got coffee refill when requested. Asked for jelly. They brought one. Asked for more, brought one. Again..... Didn't melt the cheese on top of the eggs.

Really wanted to like this place because I love Classic American Diner culture and the wait staff, but the food was absolutely disgusting. $20 country fried steak dinner with fried pickles and mashed potatoes and I ate less than half then threw it away. The service in the restaurant is phenomenal, but the food will prevent me from returning. There was a strange spice that wasn't a classic American spice in the meat, and the meat had a sour taste. Wish I could have gotten a refund for the food.

Food is solidly mediocre but for 24/7 it’s nice to have something open. The waitress was very sweet and really worked hard handling the whole restaurant herself.

I have visited the Red Arrow in Manchester several times and was interested to see if the one in Nashua was as good. It is. I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. Delicious. Loved the gravy. Service was friendly and fast. I will definitely be back.

This diner has history written all over it. Whether it’s late night or early morning, the food always hits the spot. It’s quirky, it’s busy, but that’s part of its charm. I’ve lived in Nashua for 2 years now, and Red Arrow has been one of those places you just have to experience. And the lady who works at night she is so nice to me and my husband. I love seeing her there but the other lady with glasses she's always rude so we avoid going on the days she works
