I'm not a huge fan of the food quality there. Corporate restaurants can be hit or miss, and there's also a chance of experiencing subpar service from the host staff. I have visited two separate Red Robin locations, and I was disappointed with the food quality at both. Needless to say, I will not be a patron again.

My son and I ordered the salmon and it was awful- extremely dry and salty. We chose to get sweet potato fries and the garlic Parmesan fries as the menu said it comes with a choice of sides.
I didn’t even finish my sweet potato fries as they were dry and salty.
Today I was checking my receipt and here they charged us for bottomless sides $2.99 each. We didn’t ask for that.
So along with poorly tasting food we were overcharged $6!
Afterward my son and I said no more Red Robin for us- $54 meal and sadly was a waste of money. I’m very disappointed about this.
Update
About a week later the service manager, Logan reached out to me and I was thankful that he cared enough to do this.
He offered a gift card to give Red Robin another try. Thank you Logan!

Restaurant was very unkempt. Host was lost. Waitress was not attentive. Restroom was gross. Floor was tacky and TP on the floor. Thankfully not our first time otherwise might not be back.

The waitress was friendly and patient. This Red Robin is a bit on the loud side. I went on a holiday weekend, so I'm sure they were a little busier than usual. The food was fine.

I would love to give 5 stars if it weren't for the service. And the service which primarily bothers me is from the greeters. They had been better especially with 2 or more people. But I sometimes stop for a meal by myself while shopping. I recently was given attitude because I wanted a booth rather than the bar. The place was half empty. There were plenty of booths available but the greeter didn't want to give a booth to me. I had to settle for a half booth which isn't as comfortable as a booth. There are a couple of unique meals for which I go there. But having to push back to get the seating which I like lessens my desire to go there.

Had a great time with our friends, we're all September babies and the waitress attended to us and showed us how to claim our free Burger individually. Love the food, we go every free weeks.

Ordered delivery and had everything packed perfectly. Asked for side sauce, utensils, extra fries and they delivered. Food was cooked perfectly as well! Thank you.

They brought us a basket of fries, which was a nice gesture. That is until they told us they were only free if one of our bottomless sides was fries. My nephew wanted the broccoli, and I was going to get the side salad but got the fries out of obligation

The food was fast she served my 6 year old a giant open glass and ended up all over me wasn't funny she got food order wrong then charged me even though it was wrong didn't attempt to even fix bill..
