Ordered DoorDash delivery. On 3 of the kids orders I ordered 3 piece chicken finger deals. The labels on the containers clearly read “3 pc”. All of them only have two. They also forgot the extra fries I ordered on two of the meals.Normally I wouldn’t leave a review because mistakes happen. But just last week they forgot an entire burger from my meal (this one was a pick up not a delivery so it was on them.) I pointed it out and they made a whole new order for me as the other food got cold, which they didn’t offer to also remake, and then to try and make it up to me they gave me some “free app” cards that expired literally over a year agoThis location needs way more training, from management down

This was my 2nd time @ this RR, my wife's first. The manager welcomed the first-timer with a basket of fries and a couple of sauces (I think one was called Campfire... holy moly, so good). I got the Scorpion burger "a little pink" which was cooked just right and delicious - a little spicy, but not too much. I'm definitely going back for another burger and to try some of the local beers they offer.

I have gluten allergy. My waitress Ashely realized that they cooked the bacon different she took my food away . Good thing I would have been really sick. She got with the manager and he came over apologized for us not being able to eat together.Ask for Ashley the bartender for your waitress.Thank you again and food was great.

We had Kim as our server/bartender for the even ing. All three of us in my party all had the new burnt ends. (That's what they call it. They weren't burnt) burger it was absolutely delicious. We each got to cooked a different way medium, rare, medium and medium well outstanding. One person had the garlic parmesan fries which I didn't know was a dollar 99 more. It was fine. Other person had bottomless regular fries and I had the bottom of salad. I was planning on only eating half of my hamburger cuz they're huge, plus I was having the salad to offset eaten. The burger. Kim was very pleasant. It was an awesome night. There were several families sitting around us with small children who were actually well behaved. Behaved thank you very much parents. So everyone enjoy the evening, my table and those around us. Kim was very attentive and pleasurable to be speaking with. I took my half a hamburger home and remaining three quarters of my last bottomless salad and had the next evening for dinner. If you haven't been here yet, what are you waiting for? Lol. But seriously the salads are huge. I saw someone getting the chicken tender salad and the man couldn't finish. It brought half of it home. They have a towering onion ring which we did not get this night which is always delicious, thick, thick wide cut onion rings that are very crispy batter. But again we did not get appetizers this night. People in my family enjoy the chicken wrap sandwich. But again we all have burgers this night. So try it. A hamburger can range from $14 to 18, but again it does come with bottomless fries.So why don't you make two meals out of it. Eat half - like I did take the other half home.Have a delicious meal, burger and french fries or salad and good company. Enjoy

I was supposed to behave myself and have one of the delicious salads but they had a roasted end bits and on top of burger... I had the bottle of salad with mine so I could take half the burger home. My husband had the bottomless fries and my son for $2 more and got the garlic parmesan fries. Everything was delicious. We had the best server. She also was covering the bar. Her name was Kim. Very flamboyant. Very kind. Kept refilling my hot water cuz I love to drink hot water when I'm eating. Don't ask me why whatever lol but it was just a great night spending some time with the family. Small children came in with their parents and we're seated around us but everybody was just enjoying themselves as families. It wasn't loud, didn't get out of control and we just had an overall enjoying full experience. But I did see a chicken tender salad go by and the person only could eat half of it there. So large what I recommend it most. Definitely. Take your family out to Red.Robin, yum! ??

First timer and I was beyond impressed. Service was spectacular, they do am amazing job making you feel at home. Literally felt like an episode of Cheers.The food was so mouth watering delicious and the strawberry shake to die for. Nice and thick!!! 100/10 reccomend.
