Well we were looking for a new place to try, first couple of reviews looked good ( I should’ve looked down further). The restaurant is small and cozy. We went in and weren’t greeted by any hostess, just sat ourselves. We ordered and it came in about 15 minutes. The eggs weren’t warm, the gravy & sausages was very salty and the home fries weren’t crispy like we ordered. Definitely disappointed with breakfast, I don’t recommend.

I went about 2:30 pm so it wasn't too busy. The waitress was very efficient and attentive. She took our order right away. The food came out hot and fast and it was exactly what we ordered. The quality of the food was great. I would highly recommend. The Interior was clean and welcoming. Plenty of parking.

It's back! Rolands lost it's appeal when it changed ownership a year or two ago and we stopped going. We went for breakfast this morning and found it back to the good food and service that was missing. We will definitely be returning.

We went there for the first time for dinner. We were not greeted when we walked in and asked if we needed to wait to be seated. The help seemed nice enough but we're not very attentive. We both ordered Shepherds pie, only to be told 15 minutes later that they were out. He ended up getting the meatloaf, which he described as mediocre at best. I ordered the chicken parm. My first bite into it, I commented to my friend that the sauce tasted like it was from a can (not even a jar!) I forced myself to eat it, but didn't enjoy it at all. (An hour later, I still had a tinny taste in my mouth.) Then when paying the bill to find an extra charge because we were using a card? That should've been written or verbally told in advance.

Roland’s Restaurant is one of those classic, no-frills diners that delivers exactly what you hope for: great food, friendly service, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I stopped by for breakfast on a weekend morning, and the experience was everything I hoped it would be—and more.
From the moment I walked in, I felt like a regular. The staff greeted me with a smile and treated every guest with genuine warmth. There’s a true sense of community at Roland’s, and it’s clear that many of their customers come back again and again.
I ordered the classic breakfast combo with eggs, bacon, home fries, and toast. Everything was cooked just right—the eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crisp, and the home fries had that perfect golden texture. The portions were generous, and the food came out hot and fast.
Coffee refills were constant, which I always appreciate, and the coffee itself was fresh and flavorful. I also noticed that many of the other guests were enjoying pancakes and omelets, which looked amazing. I’ll definitely try those next time.
If you’re looking for a reliable, satisfying meal in a comfortable setting, Roland’s is the place. It’s a true local gem that feels like home.

WOW today may 11 I went to Roland to have mother's day breakfast with my wife and was the first time in my life she had ever experienced not being served by al older white waitress because she of her husband being black now let me explain how horrible the treatment was and specifically give you detail, we walked in she told us to sit where ever we wanted too not to mention that look of ohhh ur with a black man hand in hand we both got from her, we sat down and waited and watch for 10 minutes before she came back to us not to mention she server 2 other white couples that came in after us, the place was not busy at all and only had about 7 people in there all together, she came over after ten minutes and said I'll b3 back to take ur order soon not offering any coffee or asking us what we wanted to drink all with having a look on her face, we sat there for an additional 5 minutes waiting for her to return but she did, she went behind the counter and proceeded to eat as she made eye contact with my wife, so at that point we both got up and walked out the door point taken, she never asked us any questions as to why we were leaving but just watched us walk out the door with a smirk, we will never return to Rolands ever again after that , we are not saying everyone there is racists but clearly this one particular waitress is, we want to repot this behavior to the owner and ket him know what our experience was and I will let other know about our bad experience was, my wife is still in shock of what she just experienced for the first time in her life
