This review is for my takeout pork lo mein only since that's all I got. $14 for what was basically noodles, oil, veg (mostly onions and scallions), and a few strips of pork. No sauce to speak of. I wouldn't pay more than $7 for that. One soy sauce packet. I was literally five minutes early for the pickup, since food is usually made early at restaurants and I like it hot. I not only had to wait after the guy went to the back to get it, but I had to wait for quite a while, and he never reappeared to tell me that. Fine, but when the guy came back, he didn't acknowledge my waiting at all, just handed over the food. Seems kind of impolite.

Wait staff was extremely rude to us when we notified them one person in our party had an allergy. Once we were seated they decided to ask us why we felt so “special” that we deserved accommodation. Making the customers feel unwelcome is a good way to guarantee you don’t get returning customers. Believe it or not I prefer to not have an allergic reaction to the food I’m eating, but maybe that’s just me. Very disappointing and rude, I will not be returning.

I want to give a shoutout to a wonderful waiter named Seven. Every time my family dines here, she goes above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Her warm attitude, attention to detail, and consistent great service truly make a difference. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of energy and care to their work every single time. Food is decent but this is our second time having one of the rudest waiters. Was incredibly rude and judgmental when people around the table only ordered sushi instead of hibachi. Interrupted everyone and never checked in to see if anyone needed anything. Then proceeded to comment on peoples tip amounts and ask for more money. Absolutely insane. Will not be returning.

Sakura Asian Bistro in South End Nashua is a lively, upbeat Japanese restaurant with seating for a fun Hibachi show available; other types of seating include booths, tables, sushi bar and adult beverage bar. Meals here include some nice Thai and Chinese selections. We enjoyed very good food, service, and atmosphere. Very much recommended.

Our chef did an amazing job and was entertaining the whole night: Our server, Seven, was kind & gave excellent service. Restaurant was clean and had a cool atmosphere too w/ lots of mood lighting.

Let me start by saying we LOVE IT HERE! This was our first time here for hibachi and the server and chef were very entertaining! The food was delicious and the drinks were good! We also had sushi beer fresh! We went for a family's birthday dinner and we couldn't express the laughter and joy we had because they made us feel comfortable! They had balloons for the little ones to take home and play with. He didn't rush us. We enjoyed our every last minute. Overall all the staff there was NICE and very FRIENDLY. We will DEFINITELY RETURN! Recommend this place! Appreciate all the staff for great hospitality!
