I used to absolutely love this place because of the freshness of their product, great drink selection, and wonderful customer service, unfortunately that is no longer the case. The food is still good, but they tend to mess up my simple bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel constantly now. The customer service is crap compared to a year ago. The younger girl at the counter has no idea what she’s doing and there’s expired product in the drink fridge. I’m utterly disappointed in what bagel cafe has become. Only reason for 3 stars is because the food is still really good.

Great bagel sandwiches they have to offer. Parking is okay, but they're working with what they got. Environment could be better and seating arrangements could be modified to serve more. Random boxes are stored in the dining area, which could be used to set more. Then again, I'm sure they're working with what they have for space

I got the franch toast bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. It was sooooo goooodddddd , I'll definitely 100% be getting that again soon and I ordered the iced havanna coffee. Delicious and better then Dunkin donuts

Pastrami egg and cheese on an onion bagel with onion bits on top didn’t taste like onion at all. Ordered a small Havana Cappuccino which was really good. Total for both was around $17 which in my opinion isn’t worth it. Good but nothing noteworthy.
My favorite is how friendly the staff are here. This is not across the board and they should be noted especially for this. Otherwise food is great like always, across the board. The cold brew at Bagel Cafe is my favorite!
