Visited the drive thru, was mocked by staff, audible laughing over the speaker. I had said “that my complete order”, then mocking and heard her mockly say complete 2 times, staff laughing. Not friendly, terrible people, Starbucks are arrogant people ruining your business.

once a haven to relax and enjoy coffee with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, now starbucks might as well be drive thru only. if you use your feet to come inside this strip mall starbucks, prepare to be fully ignored by the staff. they’re so unprepared for a walk in customer they don’t bother stocking the bakery case and have supplies piled at the registers. What happened to this poor coffee shop.

Eventually you give up and walk out, realizing even a Target Starbucks across the street offers better service.

One particular guy at the drive thru with glasses is insanely slow any time he's working. 10 minutes waiting just to place the order when the line was empty. After ordering a coffee and cranberry bar he then used his bare hands to put the bar in the bag after taking cash. A few weeks ago he also handed me a grande cold brew that was only 1/4 full with no ice and said "no that's a grande" and had to have him make it again.

I come here all the time and everything is usually fine. I ordered a hot grande pumpkin spice latte about an hour ago, and after drinking it became violently ill. I don’t know if something wasn’t clean or if the milk was bad and I couldn’t taste it under all the spices but immediately felt sick. They need to do a better job of cleaning or quality checking or something. I’ve been going here for months but I won’t be taking any chances and returning any time soon.

I recently visited one of the best Starbucks locations I've encountered. Kendra, the barista, demonstrated exceptional kindness and courtesy. Her assistance was greatly appreciated, and she prepared an outstanding beverage.

Be prepared to wait an extremely ridiculous about of time no matter what way you order. I stood at the counter today for 15 mins and was never acknowledged. Ended up leaving and no one even gave me a second look. They prioritize the drive thru but it’s all equally bad.

Got the order wrong and then tried to pass of another item instead of the ordered item.
And the coffee order didn’t follow the instructions nor did they give the correct order.
Had the coffee though it wasn’t what we ordered only to OD on coffee.

Please get the order correct.
Read the instructions and if you do not have an item on the menu or is out of stock then kindly cancel it. This would be received politely and appreciated much. Rather than consume coffee which is not what is recommended dosage and fall ill.

Take care and read carefully.

This was supposed to be a once in a while treat turned out to be a threat to health.

So, I hate to give negative reviews of a Starbucks, I know it can be tough to work there and I know people try their best, but something is off at this location. This isn't from 1 visit, it's from a local who has been there several times over the past few years, and in the last 6 or so months, there's been a steady decline in the quality of service. One of the notable things has been the drive through cycle time/wait. Unless you hit it just right, if the cars are backed up 3-5 deep before the order kiosk expect a wait of 20 or more minutes. They've made me late for something at least twice this summer. I know it can be very hard to predict - you never know what is going on with orders etc. but by comparison, in similar situations, the exit 6 location is never more than 8-10 minutes even in the longest lines I've seen there. The thing that I've observed as part of the problem, 3 times out of 5 I see issues with my order, not ready when I get there, doesn't have the cream, doesn't have the sweetener, has way too much cream - and all I'm typically ordering is one drink no food. Exit 6 they get it right every single time - I've NEVER had an issue there. Look, fast food is a tough game, and I can't imagine the challenges that they face with getting good, consistent help and management, so I don't like to be too rough on my reviews, but something is off at this location. I'm sure there are lots of wonderful people here, but if you're not managed and trained well, service will suffer. So I don't blame the people taking the orders as much as I might look at how things are managed. Your mileage of course may vary, but I've noticed a very inconsistent level of service and attention to detail and I think this accounts for the unusually long drive through times. I think regional management may want to consider taking a closer look at how this location is run and try to bring it up to spec.

Very friendly staff and efficient. Music was a tad loud for me but tolerable. Very clean bathrooms and cafe. Food is obviously made offsite and could probably use a quality upgrade overall.
