Service is either less than mid or pretty good. today i ordered a yummy lil sugar cookie latte and they gave me a plain iced coffee with milk that tasted like mop water:-)

They are always getting my drink wrong and they don’t fill it up to where all the other Starbucks fill it up to they put mocha instead of caramel as the flavoring in my drink today last time they didn’t put any of whatever makes the sugary taste I just wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks since clearly they are the caddy type of peopleI like the inclusive kind of people at the other Starbucks this one is the mean girl version

Okay, I have to give a shoutout to the crew at this Starbucks today because WOW—y’all seriously made the BEST cherry chai tea iced I’ve had so far (and trust me, I get them all the time since they dropped). It was made with almond milk just like I like it, and every sip was perfection!
I’ve been to this location a few times, but today just hit different. The vibe was fun, the atmosphere felt super chill, and the staff were so kind and welcoming the moment I walked in. It honestly made my day. Thank you so much for the amazing drink and good energy!

If the restaurant is busy I'd understand. However, there's no excuse for a bathroom to be this gross when employees have time to look at their phone. If they used this bathroom, then go make the food from this bathroom, I'll pass. It's Starbucks, and not the public bathroom at the bus station.
