To the big back girl with the undercut and red lace dress, you’re rude af, full of attitude and the drink came out HORRIBLE. You can’t make a proper drink nor serve with a smile, must be miserable on valentines.

Worst Starbucks in the Nashua, they never make right drinks, they never wish the customers and they never call the name even the food& drinks are ready. So rude if we ask for our drink.

Who ever is the barista working this morning absolutely sucks at customer service. I shouldn’t have to be literally reaching out of my seat to get my things when I am already so close to the window. Poor attitude and customer service and also comes off snobbish. Any other Starbucks I go to I always have a pleasant experience accept for Amherst street location when this girl works. Sadly I don’t know her name as she does not introduce herself, but she is working this morning and has pink in her hair.
Coffee was cold and took 20 min to be ready, they had like 5 people waiting only.

I've been to alot of Starbucks and this was by far the worst experience one I've had in a while. The entrance is a little weird with a long hallway from the door to the counter. The baristas were by far the worst ones I've encountered. Most are very friendly and offer suggestions when you're not sure what to order. These baristas felt like they hated to be where they were. Holiday drinks were over, and none of them offered other suggestions that could be like or replace them.
Only thing that sucks is they rip you off with coffee. Way too much ice in the cups. For 8$ I expect a full sized cup of coffee. Not a talls amount of coffee with 45 ice cubes. That’s it. Love the taste of the coffee and the food though.

Not a good place to study. I came here for a rare moment of alone time and they slowly continued to turn the music up and intensify the genre (think hard rock and drums) until it was LOUD by any standard- you had to raise your voice to be heard. People come IN to coffee shops to work and spend time with friends so this seems quite rude to me. When I requested they turn it down they suggested it was my issue. Maybe but their job is to serve their guests ??♀️
