I come here everyday to get my coffee but my custom order is always a different price each time. 4$ then the next day 7$ and some other day it’ll be 6$ and the price keep on changing. Please, do something about this.

Got summer Berry refresher which has Boba in it so u need wide straws such they usually have but they let me pay for it and it took about 5 minutes to make it and gave it to me with wrong lid and no straw so I asked for the special straw and they said theyre out after they gave it to me with NO WARNING so had to go to a Boba place to get a real straw.

They say the store is open till 8 pm. But the people working there are in such a hurry to clean up and close the place. The toasters are shut down at 7 pm itself. When asked about why, they simply said we have to clean up. I asked them but isnt your store open till 8pm. They said it’s what it is. I mean if that’s the case please put in your timing as 7 pm and not 8 pm. The people working there are rude and highly demotivated to do their job. It’s the case with both the stores in the Pheasant Lane mall.

Watched someone take a tumble and immediately walk away without paying for it. Told staff and they had the reaction of what do you want me to do about it. Told Target staff and had the same reaction. I feel it looks bad for a business to not do anything about this.

Not your regular Starbucks experience. Do not go here if you are pursuing your stars journey with an offer. You will not get the same amount of stars as if you go to an official Starbucks store. Person at register did not enter purchase correctly. Therefore, I ended up with fewer stars. They do not have enough people to take care of the customers. More often than not there will be a line. Drink did not taste as usual. 01/07/23

I was the only customer, the two lady’s wouldn’t make my coffee, just sat there talking. took 5 minutes to get it. Then they did it wrong and just poured the syrup in it.

Clean, that gives it 1 star. I ordered a medium ice tea. It is the size of a small anywhere else. The young woman who took my order was like a robot. No personality, gruff and not polite. I also got a cake pop. It was barely cooked. Inedible. Never again.
