Nothing short of amazing! our waitress bella was attentive and kind and the food was quick to come out and absolutely delicious! will be coming back soon for sure
I had the Chicken Pot Pie special, and my husband ordered the Wagyu Beef Sliders and the Watermelon Feta salad. The food was very good. The service was also very good.
Outside seating was lovely. Waitress gave us great recommendations. Food and drink were top notch!
We ate on the Pearl side of Stella. Loved everything! When on the Pearl side you can order from their menu and Stella's. We would recommend having both menu's available in each location.
We always have great food, drink and service at Stella Blu! My son Loves the mac n cheese!!
It's was so noisy in here that we couldn't hear the other person talk. We had to shout to say anything. They have a large arched roof that seems designed to reflect noise back into the room. I left with a headache it was so loud and unpleasant. Food was just meh, not really worth the price. Sliders were just ok, didn't taste like wagyu but whatever. Waitress said the polenta was sweet but when we got it there was no sweetness at all. The table had some sort of sticky substance on it ... All over so I don't think it was food, but it made it unenjoyable to touch. The bar is clearly the money maker here. Our 2-person table was crammed against the wall while the bar was huge and took up the whole room. They got rid of their fig flatbread, boo. Their tables are really too small for tapas.... Felt like our table got overcrowded with plates. Overall, wasn't horrible, wasn't great either. Probably a great place if all you want is boutique cocktails and the bar experience, but if you just want dinner this probably isn't the best spot.
First visit after many years. Still very good with a diverse menu of small and large plates. Terrific martinis too. Ashley gave us e co c e plenty service.
Cocktails were not very good, I'd say boring. Arancini appetizer was barely warm, like they had been sitting for a while and not very flavorful. The fish tacos and weygu sliders were both delicious and the donuts with cinnamon and chocolate sauce for dessert was very good. Service was so-so. Waited a long time for any orders to be taken and was told they were short-staffed. We haven't been here for a several years, and I seem to recall hearing the same story back then. It was extremely loud so it was hard to have a conversation
I am a frequent flyer here, I love this restaurant, it almost makes me want to move to Nashua. The food is always good but that's the easy part, the service is the best part of the experience. Their staff always makes you feel appreciated and they are always working hard. Finally there is just a vibe that I cannot but I enjoy when I am there. We will be back again and again.
The best date night restaurant in Nashua! Food was phenomenal-fish for me, meat for hubs. Delish cocktails and lovely friendly atmosphere. Year over year this continues to be our date night spot!!

We chose the restaurant based on the website and menu selections. Unfortunately the food presentation and prep did not match the well thought out presentation of the website. We ordered the Duck and Steak Frites. The duck was under-rendered of fat, the steak was under-seasoned as well was the broccolini. Should we choose to come back we are hoping the food prep quality is better.
We were excited to try this restaurant after hearing positive reviews. Nice ambience, great cocktails (martinis) and enjoyed the food. My partner enjoyed his swordfish dish and I had Statler chicken. The latter was good w polenta and asparagus (both which I love) but submerged in more of a liquid which I found less satisfying. Service was good not great. Recommend overall and would go back.
excellent cocktails with a wide selection of liquor! The food's high price does not always match the expectation of high quality. AVOID THE OYSTERS. Try the pulled pork Mac.

What a treasure is Stela Blu!! Greeted with a smile form our hostess! Waitress was awesome providing description on several menu items for us. And what a diverse menu they have!! All topped off with the "Chef's Trifle" for desert "YUM YUM"!!!
Overpriced!!! We enjoyed a dinner out on a Thursday night because we were with friends. The waitress was super sweet and accommodating. The food and pricing were the biggest faults here. It did take a while for things to come out (drinks, food, dessert). When our meals came out, we were surprised at the size of the food, especially with the cost on the menu. $19 for 3 scallops??? Thats crazy! Three of us got sliders. There were only 2 each, were small in size for sliders, and not that hot in temperature. There were no sides provided with the sliders, but we could order them separately. The wedge salads, were not really a wedge but a bunch of lettuce so it was more of a tossed salad. Most of the drinks were good but some were two sweetened. For four of us eating with drinks, it was over $200. In my opinion too much money for the amount of food received.
