Why is this one always closed? And why is it that the Indian woman behind the counter was always rude? Why is it that all the Indians at all the Subways in Nashua, including the only one they have open on DW Highway, are rude and act like we're doing them a disservice by having them do their job? Every Subway in Nashua has gone downhill. Gone are the days of being greeted with a smile. You're lucky to get greeted at all in these stores. They just stare at you until you're ready. They don't ask questions, they just stare and seethe.

This location is never open when they should be!!! Legit every single time I try to eat here they’re closed when they’re hours say they’re supposed to be open until such and such hours. Today’s hours claimed to be open until 10 and I showed up at 8:25pm and they’re shut down all the lights off and both doors locked! Like wtf!! Close up shop if you’re never going to be open to the public during your posted hours! I get since this ownership changed it’s gone massively downhill and super unreliable!!

I went in to order and there was a gentleman there and he was very attentive to the customers. But unfortunately i was served by an indian woman and instead of greeting me and asking if i needed anything she stared at me for a few mins looked me up and down then asked what i wanted. Im not racist by any means but i feel as though the Indians in nashua have a stuck up attitude as though they run the city.

Got the sheet of coupons in the mail from subway the day before. Came here to use one of the coupons and they refused to take it. The coupon doesn’t expire for another month. What is the point of the coupons if I’m not able to use them. Won’t be back anytime soon

i ordered on line, when I went to pick up my food, and the two milks I ordered i was caught off guard. When I went to grab the two milks out of the cooler in the front of the store that has soda, juice, the owner asked if I was getting the whole milk.I said yes, he took the last three milks out of the cooler, and said, im sorry, these milks expired yesterday...ummm if they expired yesterday, then was offer them to purchace3, and leave them in the drink cooler.The owner didnt offer a refund, but said I could grab something else.totally not the way to run a business or handle a customer like he did. someone could have got sick if someone else didnt know the milk was expired.

I unfortunately ordered on the subway app for the first time. I ordered a tuna footlong and it was clear that when you aren’t actually the watching them make it that they skimp on the tuna. Technically there was a little tuna in there… technically.I was in the military and have had Subway in quite a few countries. Sometimes while a war was going on. And this was the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Let that statement sink in.

Ordered doordash from here and the dasher stole my order? after calling and telling subway what happened they got another dasher to come and that dasher then cancelled my order after getting there.. Shawn then remade my food as I was on my way to the store, made up the mess with a free cookie, and had excellent customer service. Shawn was amazing and turned my whole day around!
Order a sandwich with a drink and a cookie and didn’t get the items but was charged for it. Called the store and was hung up on. The sandwich was made poorly and missing everything I asked on it.
