I order3d. Pizza and had it delivered. It was not hot, it was overcooked, dry and hardly any cheese. If my kids were not excited for pizza I would have throw it away. Actually they each had a piece and I trashed the rest. Awful

This is twice now that the total I was given over the phone and what I was charged was drastically different. The 1st time we let it go because the food was good. This time everything was cold, which there no excuse for because they are pretty close to me. The pulled pork was so greasy I'm still sick from it the next morning. The French fries were so cold and soggy . The bun was a soggy mess from all the grease. Grease NOT sauce. $6 is a bit much to be over charged for cold gross food. I've ordered from here for the last 4 years. After being over charged twice in a row I feel like it was not a mistake but on purpose and I will not give them the opportunity to do it a 3rd time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY STEAL FROM THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS! Edit: As you can see from the response, this establishment does NOT value it's customers. When I spoke to the manager I was met with hostility and rudeness. Not being aware of the tax does NOT change the fact that TWICE I have been told an amount less than what I was charged!! No apology, just told "I better do something about that review" I have spoken with 2 other people since making this review that have also stopped patronizing this business for the EXACT SAME REASON! Apparently it is a common practice of theirs. They also waited until the following day to take out the 3 dollar tip, that I added while on the phone to the $17 (and change) total I was given. So my total taken off my card was over $29 for a cold sandwhich, soggy fries and 6 burnt cheese sticks! I would have canceled the order before even giving them my card number if I had been given the correct amount. Bad food, rude service and dishonesty is what you will get dealing with this establishment and the risk of being sick for 2 days from the small amount I was able to get down after REHEATING everything in the air fryer and replacing the inedible mess the bun was in from all the grease. I should have taken a picture to add to this review and regret I did not after speaking with the extremely rude woman they have for a manger and realizing that NOTHING was going to be done. I would give negative stars if I could because 1 star is way to much of a good review for how they treat customers and the horrible food.

Extremely unprofessional food is sub par. Had the owner show up at my company and try to fight me over of chicken parm that they messed up and wouldnt fix. Previously ordered food because they were close. Never again. Bad service food often late or with mistakes. Owner after trying to fight me wouldnt refund the money and threatened me and told me to come to his place of business to get my money.
