Horrible TERRIBLE service first they don’t answer the drive through and we called and asked if they were open since they say 24 hours lady answered the phone and said drive thru was open and nobody even answered so we went in and ordered. Food took absolutely forever and when we got it we went to sit down and eat and they said we couldn’t eat inside. Absolutely ridiculous I would not go here. Food is great but service absolutely horrible. They also advertise freezes but their machine never works

I just went thru and ordered a bowl and I'm in heaven! It's sooo scrumptious! Nice employees. Thanx guys. Edit 11/29/25-- extremely slow service inside. Waiting over 20 minutes for our little order. The boss came behind the counter getting his food, saying how filthy the place is in Spanish. What a place this location has become. I won't be back. I'll go to Amherst.

It’s always filthy. The service is always awful. The food is sometimes OK. They are always out of several flavors of soda and the soda machine is always gross. The floors are sticky and there’s trash all over the place.

A thing I don't love about the Main Street, Nashua location is that the dining room doesn't have outlets, if you need to plug in like a phone/laptop; there ARE three, but they're behind a trash can, up by the drink machine, and by the bathrooms. Plus, my one visit to the Nashua Taco Bell, the freeze machine was broken, one of the soda flavors was out, and they don't have any plastic, dine-in trays at all. And one of the workers I tried asking a question apparently speaks no English and did not even try to communicate with me. Plus, they cruelly lock their bathrooms.

Ordered on the app on our way there and boy did I regret it. When we got there, there were maybe 6 cars in total in front of us. We did not expect to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF for our food that was already paid for so we couldn’t even leave. When we were able to see the window, we saw cars waiting and leaving with no food. Once we finally got to the window, she grabbed a bag from the side and handed it to us. Needless to say it was ice cold. If it was going to ready sooner, she could’ve told us at the speaker to go inside instead of making us wait for an hour and half for cold food.

The worst Taco Bell location I've been to! Seems to be fully staffed but can't seem to fulfill orders efficiently or correctly. The workers ignore customers and delivery drivers. Extremely long wait times for simple fast food
Save your money. By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. I travel for work so I have seen a lot of different chains. I’ve given this one two chances, both times all of my regular tacos came with sour cream. I guess they just decide for you that sour cream should go on everything whether you like it or not. Both times they forgot half my order. Both times the food just looked nasty anyway. The fact that this location hasn’t been shut down is ridiculous

Always something wrong I swear. I ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla, I got a barely toasted quesadilla with only chicken and shredded cheese. If this wasn’t the closest Taco Bell to me, I wouldn’t go here, and if given a choice when ordering through DoorDash, I’d pick a different location.

most of the employees are very rude. I would never give this location any business because of my experience here as a DoorDasher. the employees will ignore you and let you stand there for 5 minutes. I've canceled doordash orders and left because they refuse to acknowledge me waiting.
