Stopped by this establishment on 4/13/24 and thought I'd get dinner. So wrong!!! When I walked in stood back and took a moment to look at the menu board. When I decided what I wanted I moved close to the register so they would know I was ready to order. A man walked in and walked around me and shouted the name of the order he was picking up and someone grabbed it right away and then proceeded to go back to making food. There was another employee emptying the trash right next to the counter I was waiting at and he completely ignored me. So I guess you have to use doordash or grubhub to actually get food at this place and just yell a name to get any kind of service. I waited for a moment before I decided to leave and of course had to find something else for dinner. I'd stay far away from thus place unless you like to yell at people to get your meal.

Something must have changed for the better. Went in and the gentlemen at the counter was very attentive and very nice. The food was prepared promptly and professionally (bag was folded nicely and items were wrapped perfectly)....not to mention how amazingly made my food was! Hot, delicious, properly stuffed and looked just like the menu picture ? Keep up the great changes!!

So far I've gone 4 times, 3 out of those four times I have gotten sour cream on my crunch wrap when I asked for it without. Every time I've seen it on the label, so it's just the back kitchen not paying attention. This last time I was waiting in the drive through for over 10 minutes. Extremely upsetting. They did take care to fix the issue the last time I went, so can't complain too much.

This will be the second time I go to pick up a DoorDash order two nights in a row at this location and they say the lobby is closed but they have the door unlocked and kick me out and tell me to go through the drive-through so I do and they have the slowest drive-through ever And take forever to get through the drive-through to pick up the DoorDash orders Where is Customer Service ever in the slowest location ever even even when I go to get food for myself they either are super slow. Or they mess up my order every time.

I really see things getting better every time I go back, there use to be a lot of things that were forgotten in the bag, and things poorly wrapped, tossed in there, during this past Christmas I waited 30 minutes in a parking spot for them to bring me my foodIM SAYING IVE SEEN A VAST IMPROVEMENT on customer service during ordering interactions and at the window. The quality of wait time and the way things are packed are all a lot better and I just wanna say thank you!AND The other day a lady there took care of an order for me and I wanted to leave this review. ? ?snaps to you Taco Bell personnel and staff, I appreciate you! ? ?Dietary restrictions: When I’m eating cleaner I can go here and they take care of my order! Not a lot of place will do that so I appreciate Tbell for it!

Man i love this place, is always quiet and i can eat something relax with a good atmosphere. This place is really nice if u wanna go chill with friends...
Not impressed. This location is close to my work and I have had 3 visits in about 3 months and I have to admit none of them were stellar. Between the 20 min wait times for drive thru or dine in visit where I couldn't seem to help the cashier give me the right change. (She gave me $1 too much) I explained but did not get her to understand. Also never seem to get the order correct.
