Just ate at Texas Roadhouse tonight, which is one my family's go to restaurants. We always have good food. However, tonight was one of the BEST waitresses I have ever had. Abby was incredibly uplifting and very attentive. She was funny and just donw right good at her job. The food was of course delicious too, but really just wanted to point out how well Abby was!

Horrible experience today when we went. Waited an hour for drinks, an hour for food and you can tell our server could care less about the experience we had with her and with being seated today. Train your employees to learn how to get the manager involved during situations like this, and learn how to train them better as well.

We went out for dinner and the food turned out to be exceptionally delicious. As a delightful surprise, they served freshly baked bread along with their signature house-made cheese as a complimentary treat, which perfectly complemented the meal and made the experience even more memorable

I typically love Texas road house. Our waitress was great but the food was terrible. Ordered medium rare steak... was blue and had tp be re-cooked twice but still was under. They comped us but was a big led down. Bread was cold too. Hopefully things get better at this location.

Sadly, I've had better experiences here, but waited over an hour plus for food and when it showed up, it was ice cold. Super disappointing, as this place used to be awesome, but clearly quality has dipped. Now, they did offer to remake it, but my wife and kid already finished there food and since it originally took and hour to get it the first time, I didn't have all day to hang around. This my last time going here. I'll just cook at home from now on.

Never have I felt so disrespected by a restaurant before. I placed an order online before closing after I got out of my restaurant dutys. I picked up my order and went home. After opening my bag I realized the items were stacked on the rolls but that wasn't a huge deal. I got the chicken fried steak with smothered onions and mushrooms. They didn't give me any and I figured I could just get it next time without any issue so I called. The manager basically told me she had no power to help me and I'd need to wait to hear back. Here we are on day 4 and I haven't received one miss call. What a joke.
There must have been 15 employees working around 2pm and most were chatting away and coloring with crayons while our food took forever to arrive. We even watched it sit on the counter for 10 min before they bothered to pick it up. We ordered burgers which for some reason tasted like the salt shaker dumped out over them, it was inedible. The fries were over cooked and salad was wilted. This chain needs to go away.

My fiancé and I have ordered to go from here quite frequently and we haven’t wait usually 30 mins plus from the time we put for the pickup time. I have had it. When I went up to the window, the girl working was very short and basically told me that they would text me when it was ready. I understand places run behind but 30 mins every single time is absurd.

We had to wait 10 minutes on hold just to get someone on the phone to take our order, and we waited over an hour for our food to be ready when they quoted us “30 minutes”, I would have ordered elsewhere if I knew it would take that long. Never had this issue at the Leominster location!
