Sadly, I've had better experiences here, but waited over an hour plus for food and when it showed up, it was ice cold. Super disappointing, as this place used to be awesome, but clearly quality has dipped. Now, they did offer to remake it, but my wife and kid already finished there food and since it originally took and hour to get it the first time, I didn't have all day to hang around. This my last time going here. I'll just cook at home from now on.

Never have I felt so disrespected by a restaurant before. I placed an order online before closing after I got out of my restaurant dutys. I picked up my order and went home. After opening my bag I realized the items were stacked on the rolls but that wasn't a huge deal. I got the chicken fried steak with smothered onions and mushrooms. They didn't give me any and I figured I could just get it next time without any issue so I called. The manager basically told me she had no power to help me and I'd need to wait to hear back. Here we are on day 4 and I haven't received one miss call. What a joke.

There must have been 15 employees working around 2pm and most were chatting away and coloring with crayons while our food took forever to arrive. We even watched it sit on the counter for 10 min before they bothered to pick it up. We ordered burgers which for some reason tasted like the salt shaker dumped out over them, it was inedible. The fries were over cooked and salad was wilted. This chain needs to go away.

My fiancé and I have ordered to go from here quite frequently and we haven’t wait usually 30 mins plus from the time we put for the pickup time. I have had it. When I went up to the window, the girl working was very short and basically told me that they would text me when it was ready. I understand places run behind but 30 mins every single time is absurd.

We had to wait 10 minutes on hold just to get someone on the phone to take our order, and we waited over an hour for our food to be ready when they quoted us “30 minutes”, I would have ordered elsewhere if I knew it would take that long. Never had this issue at the Leominster location!

My wife and I took our daughter and 3 granddaughters out to dinner here. Overall we enjoyed the experience. Not a fan of the kiosk on the table, great for easy check out to pay the bill but too tempting to children with the games costing $1.99. I don’t consider myself cheep but it’s too tempting and caused issues with one accessing the games and not realizing it was on our bill then the other 2 were upset that they didn’t get a chance to play😟

Burger was okay …asked for no onions they still gave them, the waitress kept interrupting my convo with my party place is good I like the food here. Idk why the smoke house burger sucked tho this time
The food was good as usual, the service was good, the only comment i have is i wish they could shovel the snow after the snow in the parking lot, because the snow made it dangerous to drive.

For a chain steakhouse, this is one of the better ones. It's a fun place with a family and the food is usually pretty good. Can be a good place to catch a game on TV. Not a great place for a business meeting. It's usually very loud inside. The bread and butter, though, makes any trip worth it.

We had ella for a server in Nashua and it took over an hour to get our food, about 30 to 40 minutes after ordering, I had to ask for my salad, after seeing many others who ordered after us recieve their meals. The place was pretty empty, as there were a bunch of empty seats. We could have expected this if the place was jam packed but it was not. Numerous people we sat down with at a similar time had eaten and left before we even got our food. When the food finally came out the pulled pork looked like it had been pureed and run through a blender it was terrible and mostly fat. My girlfriends salad came out without an issue. Usually, the managers are great they come around to the tables to chat and introduce themselves. This manager looked 16 years old and lacked professionalism which did not improve the situation. We won't go back which is disappointing because we regularly visited this location.
