We ate at The Friendly Toast on a recent weekend trip to Boston. The food was amazing and the service was great!
This company is awful to their employees!! They fired an incredible server just for doing a card trick for a customer's birthday (which they requested of him). When management asked him not to do it again he agreed and didn't even though customers would ask him to. But then they fired him anyway, and when he asked why he was being fired they said it was "confidential customer feedback". I guarantee the feedback was people upset that they made him stop. My husband spent a long weekend in Boston last week, and on Monday, before getting on the road, we stopped at your Boston location. We were excited to try the food and feel the vibe. We were overwhelmed by the friendliness of the team. Every single person was smiling politely and made us feel so welcome. One person specifically was Amy, the bartender. She was AMAZING.
