We used to lo e this place. No more .There's a male bartender/ server who is terrible at rushing you grumpy guy.
You want a lovely evening out hav a cocktail and then dinner
But, this guy will not stop annoying us,do you want a other drink , are you all set here
He is not a fan of you hanging out
No more eating out to expensive to be treated like that
We've moved on to other restaurants

Alwayva great place to stop in have a specialty Martini washed down with a cold beer...Love this place... sometimes dont wanna tell anyone about it as its a GEM... but they deserve to known for the things they do and serve... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ...

My fiancé and I stopped in yesterday for pizza and I had to write a review. People can be quick to complain and don’t always say the good. First, the restaurant was very busy while we were there and it was clear they were understaffed. I saw three people working the floor. One out front doing take out, one running the bar and one waiter working the floor. To top it off, there was a birthday party with about a dozen guests. Our waiter was outstanding. Taking orders, making drinks, bussing the tables, he handled the stress unbelievably well and was pleasant and funny. Our food was delicious and came out piping hot. None of them missed a step. We will definitely be back. Kudos to the team and management well done!

So I felt bad leaving this unfortunate review but after the food and then the way the entire situation was handled. A few of us were ordering take out and we have gone to PizzaCo before it's at least $100 or more every time. Well yesterday I got the Calamari and I couldn't eat it, it was hard alot of it or extremely overcooked it was just really awful. I called and the hostess said a manager would call me back, well after about 3 hours I called back. She said they were very busy but the manager would call. No one ever called, and the next day I called. So this manager told me that he was sorry and he would give me a credit. Now you can only use it online or if you were picking up your food. Why not a refund to my card. I basically feel as though everything was just at first pushed aside so not having to deal with it, and then he said whatever he could the next day to appease me. Well it was extremely poor customer service. I've worked in the industry all my life, and I've never seen someone treated like that.

Packed when we went but luckily found a table. You can easily see why, the pizza was very good, drinks as well. Would go back.

Best bartenders in the area: Raymond, Ethan, Lauren, and Willy. Excellent food at reasonable prices. Only issue is that the bar area can be very loud. Needs acoustic treatment.

Horrible service at Bar. Raymond does not take care about any customer. Had to bring our Check to front cashier. We waited about 15 minutes and he never came back. He never came back to check if our drinks were ok. My friends Martini was so strong she couldn’t drink it. Raymond was aggravated that she didn’t like it. If it wasn’t for Willy I would never come back. His service is exceptional! I now know Willys schedule and if I do walk in and Raymond is working My friends and I will walk out.i also called and complained the next day and was told the owner would call me. Still waiting for that call

Went to catch up with a friend for lunch whom I hadn’t seen since pre-COVID. Lunch was delicious as always. We were chatting and lost track of time and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. Great place, great food and great staff. Thank you for letting us hang out!

I enjoy my visits at Pizzico because bartenders Ray, Lauren, and Willy always remember my wine and food preferences. They can carry on an intelligent conversation (when not busy), and they all have a great sense of humor. Since Ethan has taken over as GM, the ambiance has been consistently inviting, with music and lighting set at relaxing levels. This is a great place for drinks, food and conversation. The food is always attractively presented, tastes fresh, and is correctly seasoned for my taste. I have never needed to ask for salt or pepper. Cocktail lovers will definitely appreciate Pizzico’s espresso martini and margarita, which have become local legends. The entire staff deserves kudos for professional service and their ability to establish a friendly rapport with patrons. So compliments to Andrea, Andrew, Ethan,, Frank, Lauren, Jimmy, Kristi, Ray, and bar back Alejhandra. It's always a pleasure to experience a team that works so well together.
