This place is awesome! I had their garlic Parmesan wings for the first time the other day and was blown away. I was skeptical about a chain restaurant but man I don't think I've ever had a better wing. 10/10 would go again

I was visiting a friend in Nashua and they said Wingstop was a must-get. Value: 7/10, Flavors 8/10, Ambiance/Service 5/10, Food 8/10 We were a party of four and got thirty classic wings. The flavors we got were Original Hot, Teriyaki, Mango Habanero, and Mild. We also got Cheese Fries, Ranch dip, Bleu Cheese dip, and some included celery and carrot sticks. The flavors were very good and the spice level was very manageable. The cheese fries were what I would expect from cheese fries. I wish were were able to get more flavors when we were flavors when in a group of 30 wings - I think 4 is too little. I was hoping at least 6 flavors. The Nashua location was very small - only a few tables. The food was very messy and you constantly had to clean your hands because they were full of sauce so we had to always ask for more napkins. I would consider the service and ambiance much more like a fast food place than a restaurant. However, you have to WAIT for your food unlike fast food.

Sometimes I'm in downtown Nashua working late at night and I know that I can get fresh hot wings and fries at Wing Stop. Having freshly fried wings tossed in either the hickory BBQ or the garlic Parmesan with a generous amount of Parmesan always hits the spot. I also love their fries. I'm not quite sure what they season them with, but he fries are addictive. I'm a person who loves to drown my fries with ketchup and I will not put ketchup on these fries. They have a ample number of sauces for dipping your wings. I'm not the type to dip wings into anything, but my partner loves their honey mustard. The recently added a spicy cheese, which tastes like a good nacho cheese sauce. I didn't dip wings in it, but I did dip a few of my fries. It was good, too. Finally, I want to highlight how the staff is always nice and caring. I'm never in a rush when I go there, but they always keep me up to date on how long before my order is ready and several of the employees ask me, in a very sincere way, how my meal is and if there's anything they can do. This is true of every shift I've ever met. Thanks for always making my favorite late night eats feel special!

Place was very clean, staff was very friendly. When taking our order they made sure to let us know that all orders are made to order, that it would take about 12-15 minutes for the wings to cook. All good! Our meal was delicious! No problems here! We did ask for our wings to be cooked 'well done, and crispy', but they could have been cooked just a bit longer.
they serve chicken that is past date at times. cleanliness standards are very low. dont eat there

Just ordered and finished eating their wings. We ordered online, a 20 piece wing order and got the Korean, Lemon Pepper, and Plain flavors. I was SO excited to get these wings, looking at their website an choosing the flavors and such because in the pictures online they looked like full on big wings/drums. And as I'm ordering, I'm thinking these will be KFC sized. Their website is nice, and easy to use. I enjoyed ordering. It was a 14-19min wait, which held true. But, as I opened the containers for the wings, I was immediately disappointed. $20 for 20 wings, and these are PARTY SIZED WINGS! The little pack you get from Market Basket for like $2! The wings are smaller than my palm! Sigh. The only good thing I have to say about this is their Korean flavored wings were good, flavor wise. The Lemon was weird, but that's just personal opinion, I didn't hate it. Each wing was about 3 bites to finish. I'm left unsatisfied. I might give this another chance, JUST for the Korean wings. If you want a hearty, meaty, MEAL of wings? Search elsewhere. A dollar a wing, less than half the size of normal wings is kind of a scam tbh

The wings were to hard to chew and the fries had so much salt on them I could not eat them. Also one of the Male employees couldn't stop talking about stupid stuff to the other employees the customers should not have to listen to such nonsense. This restaurant was a terrible waste of my money and I doubt I'll ever return

Loooveeeee the wings, absolutely my favorite place to be with my friends, super great staff! I tell all my friends about the wings and the fries because they're bomb, but the corn is a whole other level of greatness !! The wait didn't really bother me that much .

First and only visit to Wingstop. I did an online order about 6-8 months ago. It was a Saturday around 3pm. Place an order for 14pc Buffalo wings, fries and a drink. Web site said about a 20-25 minutes until ready. I waited about 20 minutes and left to p/u. Got there in about 6-7 minutes. It is only about 10 blocks from my house. I paid for it at register and proceeded to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait!! about 20-25 minutes later, I asked if my order was ready yet and they said is shouldn't be much longer. (this order was placed at 3pm on Saturday). I continued to wait about another 10-15 minutes until they called my name. That is over 1 hour for a 14pc buffalo chicken dinner??!! I got home an opened the meal. I would have better off pre-heating the oven and putting 14 Tyson chicken in the oven for 15-20 mins and mixing them over Franks Hot Sauce. The chicken were small. Not what I was expecting. Chicken on a Pu-Pu Platter are bigger and had more meat. To top it off and the reason for this review, about a week ago, I received a request to take a survey from Wingstop and get a coupon for next visit. It asked how long has it been since my last visit. I said over 6 months. It asked when I would come back. I said over 6 months. It asked would I recommend to others. I said no. It said you are not eligible for coupon and terminated survey. thank you for participating. Now don't you think they would have still have tried to send me a coupon to try to get me to visit their establishment again to see if a second visit was a better experience? Apparently not.
