I just left this place very upset, my husband and I have been waiting since 7:30 pm for them to give us a table and then they tell us that the kitchen is closed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Unfortunately our visit was not what we expected. Food was okay, service was lousy. I completely understand being short staffed but our entrees arrived 20 minutes apart from each other, our server never checked on us after our food was dropped. He checked on the table next to us at least five times while we were there. Never asked if we wanted more drinks or anything. The girl running our food was exceptional, we left her a tip for her efforts.

My family and I had a really bad experience here. The food came cold, and it was not good at all. Service was horrible, I was expecting a very good restaurant from looking at the reviews I was COMPLETELY wrong.

Don't go to this place expecting "fast food" service. It's a "savour the experience, enjoy the atmosphere, experience the food" kind of place. We got the crispy pork belly appetizer to start. For dinner, my husband chose the Gambas and he said they were perfecto! He also "helped me" with the beautiful bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp that I got. They were cooked so beautifully! Delicious shrimp and crispy bacon!! Yum!
I'm a little old so the music was a tiny bit loud for me, but that didn't stop me from dancing in my seat the whole time. Lol. And they also had live music outside for the guests eating all fresca.

My first experience was good. On my second visit brought a guest. The food was extremely salty. When I complained they brought the cook to my table. I found it extremely rude and humiliating for the cook. He fixed the sauce but the Mofongo and shrimps were saltier that the previous time. He must have been nervous after exposing him to customer. A mistake is a mistake. Don’t do that your employees. The food is delicious. Just more control on the salt please.
Love this place. Highly recommend. Food is always a hit, and the drinks seem strong to me.

I have one word for Tostaos. GAMBAS! Shrimp sautéd in a deliciously spicy and garlicy sauce served with toasted baguette slices. You’ll need nothing else. My go to dish at Tostaos. Pretty much everything else I’ve had on the menu has been excellent and authentic. Great bartender, great food, great atmosphere, great Latin music videos. I highly recommended sitting at the bar! I love this place!

Food was great, but service was lackluster. Asked to split our check, but was handed a unified check. Took forever to spit our check and collect our cards for payment. Saw the waitress on her phone while we waited for checks to be split.
