Got the açaí bowl and when got back to hotel it was frozen açaí and the bananas were black and slimy. I tried the contact us on the website but it didn’t work.

Had a slight hiccup in a wrap and it was rectified within a few days. The Bahama Mamma Smoothie i got was one of the best ive had yet. Poor sweet girl was working by herself, hats off to her. Should have got her name.

Ordered two smoothies and it had the consistency of a watered down slushie. I’m not even sure if fruit was even used in these. (Pictured is my friends smoothie.) Took about five sips and now my stomach is churning.

There are a couple people at this location that are phenomenal and actually try at their job but the rest are just a joke. I have had too many watered down smoothies that taste like absolutely nothing at this location. I don't even think they are adding fruit. Its disgusting and very aggravating.

We went to this location for lunch and were very disappointed. We are regular Tropical Smoothie customers but the working conditions of this location were unacceptable. There was only one worker and he was awesome doing the best he could being put in this situation. There was not only a 30 min wait for our food but my daughter has a dietary restriction and we mentioned she was vegetarian and wanted no chicken in her wrap, but when the food came out and she went to take a bite, there was chicken in the wrap. Dietary restrictions should be taken seriously. Tropical Smoothie do better!
