Food takes over 15 minutes to get a basic meal. Not fast food at all. Don’t go here if you are in a rush. Poor to no customer service. No smiles or anything. Just miserable people.

This was the Wendy’s in New Hampshire. I believe it was Amherst. Food was cold all of it. I had a biggie bag. French fries, bacon burger, chicken nuggets although the chicken nuggets was not hot they did taste pretty darn good. The girl at the window was very friendly.

I was paying with Google pay. They added on a 5 dollar "cash" charge to my Google pay. I brought the receipt back up asking for a explanation and they said they couldn't refund my the money. After many complaints they finally caved and gave me my 5 dollars back. Pretty sure at the end of the day they would have "refunded" the cash charge and removed money from the drawer and pocketed it. Check your receipt when going here.
