I am a fan of Wendy's but today, while staying at Hampton Inn because of power emergencies in Hudson, we decided to drive to Wendy's and bring our favorites back to the Hampton Inn. Soda fountain choices were good. Meal choices were far from desirable and edible. The burgers were cold and dried out, the fries were lukewarm and chewy. I remember when the ads about Wendy's having the best darn burger and fries lived up to hype. Today's offerings at this location call for buyer beware! Be sure to ask how long the fries and burgers were under the lamps or could. Total disappointment and a waste of hard earned dollars.

I doordash Wendy’s this morning to try the Cinnabon bites and they came with no frosting, I was at work so I went back 9 hours later and asked if there was anything they could do and 6p they remade my Cinnabon bites and threw in extra stuff, Mike was a big help and so nice! Great customer service good job Mike!!

Bottom line: Never again. It’s a shame. This particular Wendy’s has been there for over 30 years. I would go there almost every lunch hour for myself and fellow Digital employees. We loved the food. Let’s just say they have dropped waaaay down the food chain. Went for lunch today. They got my order wrong three times, but charged my card every time! Never got what we ordered. Left hungry and frustrated. We got tired of asking for our correct order and just gave up and left. P.s. not only were the fries overcooked and lukewarm, the oil was old and you could taste it.

Went through this location for a quick 2 quick burgers, 2 bacon double stacks plain with extra cheese. Was made incorrectly and due to food allergies I cannot eat what was given. I called to speak to management amd was hung up on twice in a row.Don't waste your time or money

my friend and i went to this Wendy's to grab lunch and catch up we both ordered a combo lunch meal and somehow they screwed up our order because one of our fries was missing so went and showed them the receipt and they told that we ordered only one combo, that's not right because we both ordered two combos and now they think me and my friend were trying to cheap them out of the food, i told them that's ridiculous and the woman behind the counter snap at me saying yeah its ridiculous that i have to pay for it...excuse me? this place obviously needs to start fixing things around there and their attitude, i rarely get mad at people but this is just ridiculous. people don't waste your time and money here that's all i have to say.
