This place is pretty much perfection. Not to sound hoity-toity but I’ve eaten more than my fair share of danish and croissants throughout Europe and this place makes me feel like I’m back in Paris. Just found Woodman’s a few weeks ago and it takes all my strength to not go back there daily (haha). Their cheese danish, berry danishes, out-of-this-world caramelized croissants… and the absolute best cappuccinos I can find in NH/MA. Don’t get me wrong, there are other very good local bakeries in southern NH but this place is my new favorite. Especially for my breakfast goodies. Can’t recommend Woodman’s enough.

The BEST bread and pastries New Hampshire (dare I say world?) has to offer.

The passion and dedication to the craft of bread making is present within each loaf and style they offer. Every time I'm in Nashua or catch them at a farmers market I always rush right there.

Bonus points for being absolutely fantastic people!

We love this bakery! I got a loaf of the sourdough used with the 60year old starter as a gift for a family member that loves it. We also order two ham & cheese sandwiches, which are amazing! They didn't have any of the little chocolate pastries that we love, but we always go back so we'll catch them again! Highly recommend!

I've eaten a lot of bread in my life (trust me) and have never had sourdough nearly as good as this place's. Also the cheese danishes are amazing.

Woody starts making his breads and pasteries croissants, and other baked items at 330AM every morning. If you love bread made the old fashioned way, by hand with french flour and still warm from the oven, check it out.
Pastries are excellent. Light and buttery. Handmade. Makes the authentic British traditional hot cross buns on the holidays. A generous size without all the frosting
Opens 730AM. Closed Sundays and Mondays. This place is a must visit.

The smell of fresh bread permeates this place and tells you what goodies await. A schedule of the baking is posted as each day of the week brings changes. Can recommend the sourdough and rye breads as very good. The croissants are big and tasty. Several other treats we tried were also wonderful. Coffee is available if you want to try a slice of your purchase.

I called later in the day on a Thursday evening with a large, last-minute order that I needed to deliver to one of my clients first thing the next morning. Not only did they pull it off beautifully and on time, but the treats were absolutely stunning and delicious. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The owner was incredibly kind, warm, and accommodating—he welcomed me with a smile, made me the best latte, helped carry everything to my car, and even gave me a hug. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this bakery enough! As many 5 stars as possible!

Omg the sourdough egg & and cheese breakfast sandwich was fire!! The bread was buttery and crispy. It was delightful. I opted to add bacon also. They cooked the bacon to order.

I can’t speak to the full menu yet, but I’ve tried the chocolate croissants—and wow, they’re excellent. Flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of chocolate. If the rest of the offerings are anything like these, I’m excited to come back and try more!
