A French man from Paris, France gives two big thumbs up for their baguette and croissants for their genuine fragrance, texture and taste. Great price for the quality, too, and that's what I like! We tried all the bakeries along Amherst St in Nashua and others in nearby towns and can firmly say Woodman's is the best. We will keep trying other items like kouign-amann, but I think this place is a winner for authentic French and European breads.Parking: A great location off a major street, Amherst.

Stopped in to have a sandwich, and I can safely say this was one of the best baguettes I've ever had, and I lived in France for fifteen years! The bread was crusty, chewy, and had a really great taste. Phenomenal! We had the Italian sandwich on the baguette, and it was delicious. We bought a loaf of their peasant bread, some croissants to go, as well as the Kouign Amann (Breton butter cake). All were just as good as the baguette. I'll be making regular stops at the local farmer's market to pick up their goods. Highly recommended!

Amazing bread and customer service! I stopped by last week as a first time customer and was greeted with a kind welcome and full explanation of the products and business. The sourdough was phenomenal and I will definitely return. Bonus - the pretzel was a hit as well.

Breads made from scratch with no added preservatives, flavors or colorings. Sourced flour for certain breads. They use non-bromated nor bleached flours in their products. Croissants and Pretzels in their line up. Vary by day. They go fast!

Best bakery around for flavorful high quality bread and croissants. Whatever you buy, you can go wrong.
I've been to Paris and eaten Crousiant there. Save your self the trip and eat them here. They are just as good if not better. The sour dough bread is top notch too. Forget about San Fransico, it's all about that Woodmans bread!

This bakery is one of the best bakery I have been in my thirty-three years in the States. The taste and aroma of the freshly from the over bread is amazing. Now they are supporting others small business, by selling others' local business products.

Phenomenal working bakery, everything is amazing. The counter service is helpful but it's not really setup for browsing. Nothing is labeled or priced and it's not consistent with it's offerings. What you bought yesterday may not be here today. It's pretty noisy and has a very busy atmosphere. It can be a little intimidating and confusing. But the extra effort is worth putting up with because the baked goods are the best in the city. Highlights are the sourdough bread, danish and the croissants, which are the best I've had outside of trips to Paris. They do have a cafe of sorts and do sandwiches which I had no idea of until a co-worker told me about them I never saw a menu in the bakery.

Every Saturday morning i am here for my daughter's crusty baguette and my flaky croissant or sometimes a Pain Au Chocolat. I am always tempted to get a breakfast sandwich but I never have. Always excellent.

Woodman's Artisan Bakery makes the best chocolate croissants I've tasted anywhere in the world! I was introduced to their delicious breads and pastries at the Salem Farmer's Market. I'm so glad they now have a brick and mortar store.
