Good dough, slow service. 33 minutes for two salads (after we asked about the status) and 42 minutes for a small pizza. It was lunch time, but they weren't very busy. Good,, friendly and clean, but a working guy just can't afford the time it takes.

The staff here was wonderful! Friendly, professional, and very helpful. The pizza was OK. I am not super excited about it, but I am not disappointed either. The restaurant itself looks like it time traveled here from the late 70s and ended up having a bad collusion with modern amenities. I will certainly end up eating here again, if for no other reason, than to try more items off the menu.

Although a lot of people in town don't have a high opinion of the pizza, from the day we moved in, my kids have loved the pizza at New Boston Pizza. They recently remodeled so it's much cleaner and modern than it used to be. Service is friendly. Although the sandwiches leave something to be desired, lots of chopped veggies, the hamburger plates and pizza are great and I'm convinced they have the BEST fries around! If you know you have to specify every single thing you want on your sandwich or burger, you won't be disappointed.

Been coming for a long time. No other options in the metropolitan Francestown area. I’m a fan of the Taco sub. Food is pretty good. Service can go either way. Tonight I got stiffed on my Greek salad-didn’t realize the wife had ordered it along with our two pizzas and nuggets. Not the first time and I should have known better.So my suggestion Is to check to make sure you have what you ordered before you leave. Otherwise, not a bad place. Very clean. And as mentioned-do you have a ton of other options when looking for pizza on this area???

We visited this place at 8:40pm after a disappointing and frustrating experience next door at Molly's. Even though it was right before closing, the staff was welcoming, upbeat and sympathizing to our group. We were offered the roast beef special with Au jus sauce, but I ordered a steak and cheese after being told how good it was. It was delicious. The fries were crunchy and satisfying. I did the "kid's t-shirt challenge" and got to keep the shirt after trying it on and it BARELY fitting me. It was fun.What we liked best was the staff, which we sorely needed after what we went through at Molly's. Too bad I didn't get their names because I'd give them individual credit here. I'll try anyways. There was the boy at the register with excellent customer service skills, he had short brown hair, a red shirt, a baseball hat and workboots, a girl with a gray hoodie and reddish-blonde hair who was a little shorter than the boy with the hat, a girl wearing a black and white striped dressy getup with what looked like a cast on her wrist, an older gentleman who also had a baseball hat and a goatee, and a tall, slender boy with long-ish hair.All five staff in the building were wonderful and personally interacted with us. They deserve to be recognized. We have a seasonal at the friendly beaver and will definitely be returning to NBP when we come up.Sincerely, thank you so much to the staff at NBP, you saved our night!
