They were overly concerned with addressing my allergies. Wished they listened and believed me rather than watch me eat. But i truly understand why and appreciated it rather than dismiss my allergies. The food was hot, reasonably priced and large portions.

On September 13, 2025, my wife, son, and I had the pleasure of dining at Route 104 in New Hampton, NH for the first time and what an experience it was! As a family that travels extensively and enjoys dining at a wide variety of restaurants around the world, we were truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, but what truly made our visit unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by one of the waitstaff. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism stood out in every interaction. Without question, it was among the best service we’ve experienced in a very long time. “363 – Kimberly,” you my friend deserve to be recognized so thank you for what you do!!!!

Omg! What an amazing place. The service was great. Food was awesome. Ladies room was a great surprise. Decor is fun. Drinks with breakfast, what else could you want.

My wife and I were in the area, so we figured we would stop at the 104 Diner for lunch. It was around 1 o'clock and, we figured we probably had missed most of the summer lunch hour rush. The restaurant was busy but not totally full. The waitress brought my wife’s hot tea and my iced tea. Soon, she took our orders. We sat and sipped our drinks and waited for our order. We waited and waited. We always try to be patient, but after over 30 minutes, we had to get up and ask about our order since we couldn’t get our waitress and were not being told anything. Eventually, we got our meals. The food was OK. My wifes cheese omelet was a good ratio of egg to filling. The home fries were seasoned well but the potatoes were lukewarm. My “diner cheese burger” was tasty and the fries were good.
My problem is, we were never even kept up with something as simple as “sorry for the delay, can I get you more tea”? In fact, we were never asked if we needed any refill's the entire time. I know it’s summer and things are more crowded but come on.... you’re serving quick high turnover diner food. over 30 minutes for an omelet and burger? No way! Even after we were served, our waitress pretty much kept away like if she just ignored us it would go away.
We live in the Laconia area and have gone to the 104 before, as well as other C’man stores. NEVER have I been so disappointed by the C’man in this case. It was like they really didn’t care. Horrible service and worse customer service.
We will not go to the 104 diner for quite some time. In fact will probably stay clear of other C’man stores for a while. We have a very good diner in Laconia (the union diner) that we will support as well as many other great local places.

The best diner I've been to in years..stopped there on our way to RI and had the best omelet with baked beans..my husband had country fried steak with eggs..we tried each other's dishes and I was amazed with the steak and gravy..my omelet was amazing!!..I even had a mimosa with my breakfast..never been to a diner that offered that..had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone going by there..it was only 2.5mi from 93 while we were driving south..great atmosphere..great 50s music playing and amazing service 10 out of 10 for us..can't wait to go back..I live in colebrook nh..would be worth the trip just for some good food

At first I thought it was out of business since the parking lot is not well kept. The food is nothing to write home about. Our server was great though.

I always enjoy coming here to get food. However, I'm not a fan of waiting for almost 10 minutes to get my takeout food. It happens 80% of the time and find it to be quite unprofessional. Kind of ridiculous but the food is great !

The food was good, and the service was excellent. Sorry I didn’t get any photos of our meal, but I’d definitely recommend just about anything on the breakfast menu at the diner.
Cute place and the waitress was nice and attentive. My group said the food was okay, but to be honest my food was not good. Also, I know there's a sign about the water, but the toilet didn't flush for us and the sink had water that was scarce, which for a food place was disappointing.

Busy but excellent service. Lots of menu items to choose from. We had dinner there during the weekend, on Sunday. Food was very good and didn't have to wait long. Will for sure go back when in the area
