Consistently good coffee, good service and friendly staff!

They got my order wrong, my coffee was supposed to be caramel, no flavoring in it when I got it. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, they gave be a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. I didn't even eat it because I don't like English muffins, I gave it to a coworker. So no breakfast and I wasted money.

I went with a group of 48 people and this Dunkin’ served us all well. You can tell we overwhelmed them and it was the busiest they had probably seen, but then managed all of our orders in about 45 minutes. I addition they cared for drive thru and online orders. They should be praised for their hard work on the day we came through!

Showed up thinking we may be too late at 7:54 p.m. but was sweetly greeted at the drive thru by a friendly girl who took our order of 2 iced coffees and told us to drive up! Upon pulling up there were 2 young ladies scurrying about the restaurant. One making coffee and the other appeared to be doing cash register. My husband and I watched as the one making the coffee poured a watery ice jug into our cups....he says to me "that jug of ice is all melted and filled with water" So he tapped the window and quietly explained what he had just seen. The cashier gained the attention of the one preparing our drinks. She immediately began making faces and gestures. Of course I can only speculate on what she said but she wasn't having it. She came over to the window so she could hear it from my husband. He said "you poured a lot of water into our cups, we don't want them" She immediately got defensive and started with an attitude and sharp tone " no I did not put water in your drinks! I would know! I made them! " I took out my phone at this time and had it held up. Then she walked away still talking. The other girl handed us our drinks and they were missing the cold foam. She took them back and added the missing foam. To add to the already uncomfortable situation the register girl started to tell me " YOU know you cant record people without permission!" At this point im beyond myself. I took out my phone so i could look up their phone number to this particular store and to photograph the drinks we got to prove purchase. I did yell right back " im not recording YOU! Our were much more pale than they usually are (we come daily so we know how they look & we alwaysget great drinks). Giving the girl the benefit of doubt we tried our drinks. They are watered down and not worth the $10 we paid. Being the end of the night we didn't expect to be served but if you are going to serve, do it with an ounce of decency. Dont work in customer service if you can't curb the attitude when a customer inquires about less than acceptable food handling/preparation. You used a clear drink pitcher filled with water and some sparce ice cubes from the counter. If you don't have something up to standards apologize offer something else and/or refuse service and do it with a smile. This is my experience which is not typical and thus stands out. Someone is more likely to tell others about a negative experience vs a positive one. I think its 5 times more likely actually. Something to think about. Now you will need 5 really good experiences to outweigh mine. Good luck and I will retract my review upon speaking with their manager.

I ordered a breakfast wrap with bacon. It had bacon and cheese, no egg. Really, it's not difficult. I didn't realize it until I got back to work. Unacceptable.

Coffee was super hot and the cashier seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. People pick up on this and it quickly makes for an uncomfortable experience.

I filed a negative complaint through headquarters and got an email stating that someone from the team would reach back out to me. It's been days now? Shows how much Dunkin in total, and especially this store, cares about reaching back out to its unhappy customers and resolving issues. My complaint consisted of the fact that my mom and I go to this Dunkin pretty frequently. Almost every day, it seems, both my mom and I are faithful and loyal customers of Dunkin. But the service at this Dunkin, which is in our hometown, has surprisingly gone completely downhill. I am very aware and so is my mom, that these newer employees are either not being trained or not being trained properly. On a daily basis, my mom and I will ask for several creamers to be put in our coffees, and these employees will hand BOTH coffees black with no creamer whatsoever. Are you telling me you can hear me through the speaker, you can input my order on the screen showing that I ordered creamer but you're unaware that you're giving us our coffees that are clearly dark, with no creamer, and with your so-called professional trainings as a employee of Dunkin and you don't notice that our coffees are black and missing creamer?!?! I can't tell you how many times this has happened!!! My mom is not a confrontational person, and she will not ask for them to correct the issue . She has a valid reason for this. The employees at this location are absolutely rude and uncaring towards customers. When my mom asks when she dares to do so to fix something, she is given attitude. She is ignored sometimes and has the window closed on her, and the employee walks away from her. This also happens to her whenever she requests a copy of her receipt. When our coffee is not made with creamer as it is supposed to be, it is bitter and nasty, and oftentimes, we throw away a $4 coffee. Money does not grow on trees. Not only do we complain about creamer on a daily basis, but even if the coffee is made with creamer, we'll often complain about the taste of the coffee. It doesn't seem like they're always following the order inputted, sometimes it tastes bitter like there was no sugar added, and also sometimes, like the amount requested of flavors/shots were put in our coffee. This store is despicable, unprofessional, and needs a total management change. It needs to be ordered to retrain all new hired employees. It also needs to be ordered by management training on professionalism and ways to appropriately talk to customers and handle complaints.
