I’ve gone to this Dunkin’s a few times and they’ve never gotten my order right. They ring it up perfectly fine, but I’ve noticed that I need to ask them to add ice. It’s not a big deal, so whatever. The problem is that they never do. I added extra ice to my order and there was barely any in it. I get the extra ice to make sure the coffee is coherent and the same every time, but it ends up tasting like crap. Everyone there seems miserable so I’d rather not fight with them because I’ve seen them argue with customers before and don’t wish to have that happen to me. I don’t plan to go back.

We’ve never had a problem in the past, the quality of the food meets par with other Dunkin’s however, the manager at this establishment is incredibly rude. Without making it known, got incredibly angry at me and my small group over a sandwich because it was not stated that we got a refund while we were waiting to pick up our mobile order. She was rude to my face about a simple thing like a sandwich rather than being cordial. As we turned to leave, she was continuing to rant rude things to her male coworker. #1 rule of a business is, “the customers come first”. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first instance with this specific manager. I will no longer be supporting a business fueled by rude and disrespectful individuals. I hope others don’t either.

It’s super cute and really inviting to the town. I really feel like the service is really fast and on going. The staff is awesome. There’s always at least 5 to 6 people in the main area. Parking can be difficult sometimes but if you come during the day it probably won’t be an issue.

Great Dunkins, a bit small inside with limited seating. Very crowded in the Mornings and when school let's out with all the Kids coming in. Most times it's not crowded. No Drive Thru at this location. Parking can be a challenge during the busy times. ( there are a couple other parking options) .The Staff is Friendly, it's a Small Town, and the Small Town Atmosphere is here! ?
Parking: During Busy Times ( Mornings) and when the After School Crowd arrives, it's quite difficult to find parking. You can park on Main Street or at Tucker's parking lot or if need be, there's a small parking lot behind the restaurant at the School. But you have to access that parking lot from a different street.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is only ONE Wheelchair ♿️ Spot. It's parallel to the building and seems a bit difficult to leave when you are finished at the Restaurant. (Especially when its busy) But no problems that I saw coming into the Restaurant for the person.
