Great lunch experience. The atmosphere is great and what you would expect. The service was polite and attentive. The food was delicious and you can taste the quality of the locally sourced ingredients. Beer also was a nice way to wash the crumbs down.
We ordered the New England Haddock and it was not my favorite- HOWEVER Our friends shared their chicken tenders and they were DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! Wished I’d ordered the chicken Tenders . Our waitress was GREAT. She was bubbly, friendly, prompt, and accommodating .Prices were a little steep. Staff was all friendly we were seated on porch and it was chilllly
We love Flying Goose! And we are an hour drive away. Celebrated our eldest daughter’s birthday there this past weekend and they accommodated our little group perfectly.
It also helps that they have fantastic brews made in-house. I honestly can’t remember ever having a bad one, and I’m a beer snob.
Do yourself a favor a try it. Much less busy during the week, but still not bad compared to more metro areas.
