Great ☕️ coffee!! I loved my ? hot chocolate. Just the perfect amount of heat, very rich and decadent. We also tried a lavender ice coffee. Very nice smooth lavender finish ?. Nice location for this coffee ofcmain street near the center of town . The coffee shop is welcoming and has a cozy and warm atmosphere. Plenty of room to sit down and enjoy your cup of deliciousness ?
Stopped in with my mom while visiting from out of state. Honestly, such a cute little place! Everything was fresh, our drinks were made perfectly! The staff was so pleasant and kind! Overall such a cute lovely place! Thank you for a wonderful

But that's not all, my wife indulged in a scrumptious chocolate chip muffin while sipping on a delightful Chai latte.The flavors were out-of-this-world amazing! And let's talk about the staff - they're like the caffeine of friendliness, giving our 8 am visit a cheery start. The atmosphere? The atmosphere is so pleasant here! The food however is another story... I ordered a large latte and received a drink that tasted like water that had been run through a coffee machine with no grounds. Totally lacked flavor! I also ordered a blueberry muffin which was dry and uneventful. Think, desert. Cheers!

This was the 3rd and "final" time I will patronize this establishment. The first time- the coffee was luke warm and they needed to heat it up, the second time was "ok" nothing great! the 3rd and final time was just recently on August 16 at about 9:30 am. The overpriced - stale corn muffin was awful and I waited over 13 minutes for just plain coffee (nothing fancy) until I walked out (without the coffee) vowing to never return. The girl at the register just kept taking orders while the "waiting" area just got more and more crowded. I'm sure the New London Fire Department would not have been pleased! If you have time to waste and want overpriced stale baked goods...by all means stop in at Grounds. If you want amazing, fresh, baked goods, awesome customer service, great coffee and it's Wednesday through Sunday ...then go to the Blue Loon down the street- will be so glad you did!

What a phenomenal gem of a place! The oat milk frappe was spectacular - fair to say the best I’ve ever had. Super special spot & hope to go back!
Espresso drinks were ok, not the best that we'd ever had. Fun ambiance inside with free books and items for sale. Very nice to sit outside.

The coffee was a little bitter. I got a macchiato and a jalapeño stuffed pastry. I had to add milk and sugar to my drink, and they nuked the pastry, which made it greasy and soggy.

Very comfortable environment and great coffee! The assortment of baked good looked great, I'm not a fan of baked goods, but there were customers in there RAVING about the muffins. Friendly and personal service you won't find at the chain coffee shops!

I go here whenever I'm in the area and always get the amelia açaí bowl and a dirty chai. Both are amazing but recently the amelia açaí bowl hasn't been as wonderful as it used to be.
