We stopped in here on our way home from Woodstock VT. We both had the Shepherds pie, there are two sizes and we got the larger. My husband thought the serving was a bit small for the price, I actually couldn't finish mine. The food was warm and filling, definitely could of taken a nap afterwards.

5 star kitchen and 5 star bar. This is the best restaurant in New London Great food, great people, great atmosphere. Food is prepared quickly and professionally, and service is amazing.
Some of my favorite dishes include the seafood chowder, the steak tips, the caesar salad, the sheperd's pie, and especially the chili. The menu is huge and they have all kinds of food available.
And if you want to stay the night, there's a nice inn right in the same building.
