I love getting their Italian subs. I moved back to Massachusetts, so had not had them in awhile. It was better than they used to be. They were great before. Everything was so fresh. Awesome sub! I drove out of my way to go to the New London one. Best subs there!

I literally never write bad reviews…. I used to love this place. Stopped by today. Lady at the counter was so rude, dismissive and generally irritated. The prices were ridiculous. Suffice it to say I will not ever be back. Disappointed, but not surprised. Customer service wins every time folks.

they have gotten wrong the past two take out orders: instead of a wrap, i got a sub; a salad was paid for but not included. also the two veggie wraps I ordered over two visits had basically nothing in them except lots of tomatoes and barely anything else (first time) and oodles of cheese and basically nothing else but tomato (the second time) very disappointed and sad. That being said, we do like their pizza a lot.

First off - delicious pizza - crunchy crust, but not a thin crust. They asked me questions about how I liked my topping prepared- GO TO THIS PLACE!

New Owners , not for the better. We ate here a lot under the old owners. A lot of ingredients have changed to cheaper versions, not impressed.

After total disatisfaction with Pizza Chef Andover for foor service, food quality/quantity, and a surcharge for using credit, we went to the New London location after being away for a while. The girl at the counter couldn't understand what "steak and cheese combo, everything on it except green peppers" meant. She had to call over another girl to clarify/finish the order. While waiting a long time for the food, the same girl came over to our table and had to ask how the sub was ordered, this being the third time. When the subs were brought over, the combo was delivered hot. My plain old steak and cheese was stone cold, with none of the ordered salt, pepper, and oregano I ordered on it. Plus, finding a small piece of bone and some gristle did nothing for my experience. I also noted the sub prices had increased dramatically and all were now round numbers. I guess making change is now too difficult for their help as well. We vote with our feet, never patronizing a Pizza Chef again.

Extremely overpriced for bland, undercooked dough with tasteless sauce and cheese for pizza. Vegetarian grinder had way too much lettuce and not enough of everything else. Ate there twice and dont recommend to anyone.

I’m a local & I come here a couple of times per week. The staff couldn’t be nicer & the food is consistently awesome. If you would like to experience heaven, order their chicken parm sub with grilled chicken. Oh. My. God. Just incredible.
