I usually try to be positive in my posts, but I feel like it’s time to post my opinion. We used to be fans of BWW when it was in the FoxRun mall. Since opening at the “new” location next to West End Yards, we’ve eaten there maybe 10-12 times and each time it’s hit or miss on food. We go for the traditional wings with salt & vinegar rub, and typically get 15-20. Maybe 4-5 of those visits the wings have not been good. On those occasions they had obviously been under a heat lamp or some type of “keep warm” device for a while because the wings were dry and tough. The other 5-6 visits the wings were either good or at least good enough to not leave a bad impression.
So “wings” were requested for Mother’s Day and the kids wanted to stay in, so I ordered the 20/20 (20 traditional/20 boneless) online for takeout, which said it would be ready in 20 min. I figured I’d head right there and get caught up on some news on my phone while I waited. I was 15 min early, and the order came out 5 minutes after I got there. That should have been my first indication that something wasn’t right, but i was thinking more that they didn’t seem busy and my order was expedited, so I took it home. The traditional wings were dry and tough. The fries were cool and chewy. The boneless wings were reheated, but not terrible. Overall, I felt like we paid $65 for leftovers. If I had shown up when I was supposed to, those “leftovers” would have been sitting on the pickup rack getting colder for another 10 minutes…
We kept giving them another chance, understanding perfection is elusive. However, even if the food isn’t perfect, we want at least enjoy it. Unfortunately we’ve reached the limit of chances and will be exploring elsewhere for our wings from now on.

UPDATE-
My daughter wanted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight, so we were happy to say yes—shes recently had a craving for wings. When we ordered, my wife asked our server, Steph, if the wings could be made fresh. Steph didn’t hesitate—she simply said, “No problem,” and took the rest of our order.
She brought out our drinks promptly, and after a bit of a wait, returned with our food. Steph apologized for the delay and explained it was due to how we requested the wings be prepared, which we completely understood.
My wife commented that the wings were excellent, just like we remembered from when BWW was at Fox Run Mall. I honestly wish we didn’t have to specifically ask for the wings to be made fresh, but if that’s what it takes to get them this good, I’ll keep doing it. The quality was worth the extra wait/request.
Thank you, Steph!

Wow, what can i say? I’ve given it chance after chance after chance.
Long overdue review. Bar staff is still solid.
And a great place to watch a game.
However the food is just so sub par.
And is not cheap.

Used to be so good at the mall and it’s dropped off so poorly the past year.
Pre cooked wings, always over done.
Chips and guacamole 🥑 have been ridiculous as well. Frozen avocado i’m guessing, either no flavor or not puréed enough.

I’ve commented to the bartender AJ and he gives me a blank stare or no comment probably in fear for his job.

This is big stay away people as there are more solid choices on the Seacoast.

Do NOT waste your money or energy coming here!!!
Waitress was nice, however she never checked back to see how everything was…
Had this crucial step occurred she would have know my chicken wings were hard as a rock, old & dusty.
I couldn’t even eat them!
PLUS, there was the added bonus of a hair in my cheesecake. Absolutely disgusting!
I will NEVER return here again! 🤢🤢🤢🤢

I stopped in for lunch yesterday with my tween daughter before heading off to the beaches in Rye to go metal detecting. Server/Bartender was EXCELLENT. Eight minutes from when we were seated, we had our drinks and our food came out. Wings were perfect, as always. We split a honey bbq chicken wrap that was just as great! As a mid-thirties Mumah, I appreciate the versitle atmosphere. Whether I'm sitting at a high top in the company of friends or, I am grabbing a quick lunch before adventuring off with my tween daughter three hours away from home, Buffalo Wild Wings is consistently great :-)

I got a 15 piece wing and they brought out some papa John size wings. Then when I asked if I’m paying for half price for half sized wings the waitress said “I can’t control the size of wings that come in the box” they’re trying to cut the cost by serving smaller wings. 1 star don’t order traditional wings here

This place is VERY hit or miss. Bar tender with purple hair is great. Very attentive. Ordered some wings and got them in a couple mins. Another time, I was sitting at the nearly empty bar (as usual per my experience) and it took at least 5 mins for another bartender to acknowledge me, as she was chatting away with a friend of hers who was sitting at the bar. Finally, I ordered bev and wings. Got bev, waited at least 20 mins for wings. I had to ask the bartender about my order. She went to kitchen and immediately brought out my order. The wings weren't very warm. Which leads me to believe they were sitting on the pass in the kitchen for a WHILE... not a good experience.

EDIT: Dear BWW, Thank you for your response below. I'm not looking for a discount on my next visit. I just think you should have better service and more consistent food.

If you go here, stick to the wings. Tried a burger and got very sick afterwards. Maybe it was something else, but I'm not exactly looking forwards to going back.

Horrible treatment of a customer. The supposed “manager” of this location treated and spoke terribly to a customer. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings. Hire people who actually know how to treat other people.

Just picked up a togo order that was absolute dog crap. I'm not a violent person but that food made me want to punch the cook in the mouth.

I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings since the Newington location closed. This new spot is in such a strange location—tucked behind a bunch of residential buildings. Anyway, the food was good and served hot, and there were plenty of TVs to catch the game.

BUT the service was awful. We were cut off from ordering drinks after just two beers while snacking on the sampler appitizer. When we ordered more food, we were refused more beer. We had to ask for water after recieving our food more than 10 mins later. Our waitress seemed young, probably around 19, and kept referencing her manager about timing and drink policies. And very pushy with the bill.

We didnt bother calling her over since she was hanging out at her hangout table near the kitchen entrance. Seemed like she had the whole crew over there while we watched the game without any refills or service. How unprofessional for a manager to allow such an environment. I won't be back. Later.
