I did a to go from the Uber app and they packed my food not so great. My food was cold and the portions were super small I do not know who they think will eat it. And top it all off they forgot my drink... idk about you but I definitely would not recommend doing a to go on the uber app. Disappointed

Went here a few weeks ago and have never seen a smaller portion of rice on a burrito. It was laughable. Guy put maybe half a scoop of white rice. I made a comment as how small of a portion he just scooped and he just stared at me and kept moving down the line. Luckily another employee stepped in and got proper serving sizes for the rest of the ingredients in the burrito but never put more rice in. I wish Chipotle would all have the same proper portion size. It still seems to vary depending where you go and who is working.

If you want low quality food for a cheap price, this is the place. I will not be returning because this location feels dirty to me and the last straw was when I found two strands of hair in my bowl (and no they were not mine because they were a different color). Usually when that happens, I can move past it but since I was already on the fence about ever going back here, I’m just gonna avoid it and travel further away to downtown portsmouth for better food even though it’s more inconvenient.

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. I eat here semi-regularly, I placed a mobile order which hasn't been an issue in the past but when I got it home and opened it I found extremely small portions. Cheating out on customers is gonna cost you more in the long run.

I ordered over the app and when I got home the guacamole was inedible. There was a nasty black and brown piece of avocado, this means they prepared the guacamole with bad avocados.
Update: Even after removing most of the guacamole/ avocado, I have food poisoning…

The guac was all brown and tasted gross. If the guac is old or gross then don’t use it and remove the charge.

Worst managed place I’ve ever been to. It was a mess and the two girls behind the counter were playing on phones and NOT helping customers. Thanks. We are going somewhere else tonight. I’ll never go back to chipotle again. Rude, unhelpful and lazy. They shouldn’t have jobs.

Last night I hit up Chipotle, and I swear I must’ve talked to the girl working there like a million times, but she just wasn’t getting what I wanted. Like, she was totally Spanish-speaking, I guess. Then there was this customer behind me who looked like he wasn’t from around here and only spoke Russian, I felt kinda bad for that girl. But then, outta nowhere, the kids working at Salsa comes over, and boom he’s fluent in Russian and also he does speak english Lmao, this is wild, but honestly, I was kinda impressed!
