Warning! DO NOT come to this cold stone store in Newington, NH 03801. There is a middle Eastern(dark skin) skinny male employee who is super unprofessional and extremely rude.👎🏻He dropped the stuff many times in front of the customers and yelled at one of the customers. His English is very poor and very clumsy at work. 👎🏻He was being extremely rude and disrespectful to the customers. He even didn’t wear gloves while scooping the ice cream. This male employee is NOT competent at his job at all. He MUST be FIRED immediately.👎🏻

I love the Coffee Lovers Only flavor that’s why I can’t stop coming back. The staff here are also friendlier compared to the other place I visited.

Their cookie dough is NOT COOKIE DOUGH!!!!! It’s cake batter. Ridiculous to pay for something and not get the correct flavor. No cookie dough bits or chocolate. Get it right.

I would have ordered a larger more extravagant ice cream, in fact I tried, but the fella behind the counter didn't speak English well. So I chose something simple and small with no added toppings or ingredients.

First time there and definitely wasn't worth it

The lady that was working today (2024/12/26 4:30 PM) always makes shakes really bad, basically like water. I tried telling her I wanted new ones and she said she would put them in the freezer for ten minutes. I told her that would not fix them and all she did (After 15 min+) was lie about putting more ice cream. I'm never buying in this store again. Waste of money.

Absolutely ridiculous. Spent almost $10 on a small ice cream. Got an ice cream that was one of their specialties with vanilla ice cream peanut butter sauce.In reese's. I also added some chocolate.Sprinkles, that ended up being a dollar nineteen, which was absolutely ridiculous. Yes, the ice cream is good, but , I don't even think I had one full reese's cup in my reese's ice cream. I had three small chunks a reese's.In my ice cream. I get it. They've always been a little on the expensive side for ice cream, which is completely understandable when you actually get a good ice cream.

I really wish I didn’t waist my money on peanut perfection to have just ice cream nothing else. wasn’t frozen actually soupy… I went back in to try to get it fixed the second time made was so much worse. The first time there was just a bunch of ice cream on the top not mixed or anything because she didn’t have enough ice cream for the cup. Definitely won’t be back.

I was there with my wife and the place is wonderful. Kind Staff. A tall Indian male helped me but I don’t remember his name. He was so kind. “Said” was his name!

Place is super dirty and gross. Staff don’t wear gloves, peek behind the counter, prep station is nasty and extremely dirty. Eight bucks for a kiddie sized small ice cream! Not worth it. Gross ? by the time I got outside the ice cream wasn’t even ice cream. It was just mush in a cup not even edible.

Not a great experience, yesterday. The cashier was very kind, and the ice cream flavor was good.But after he mixed in the ingredients the ice cream was almost completely melted (and it’s a 90 second process?) it was somehow it seemed like the COLD stone was missing….?Also, I got mini marshmallows in my mix and they were rock-hard-stale. Like, not edible. I had to spit them out.It made me weary of any of the ingredients and the stores upkeep so I threw the whole thing away.Sort of a bummer for a nearly $8 bowl of melted ice cream.
